Just about what I expected. Very happy with the prices and the quality of the items I purchased; The selection was limited or nonexistent for a couple of items I was needing, and I honestly expected that. I think the thing that bothered me the most was the difficulty in getting a shopping cart and the fact that I was one of 3 customers in the store and it took almost to the end of my shopping list for 1 of the 5 or 6 employees wandering around to show me where the carts were (I think dropping cereal out of my overloaded hands 3 times helped) and that in order to get a cart we had to insert a quarter and we could get it back when we returned the cart. He went on to explain that this was a cost saving measure. Well, I'll tell you this, in my case, you didn't save anything....you actually lost. If I had had the cart from the beginning, I probably would have slowed down and browsed a little more and that usually leads to me buying quite a bit more. The cart thing is a bad idea. You don't have to hire someone special to get the carts if they are left in the lot. Im sure one of the 3 managers that was standing around, shooting the breeze. watching me fumble my items with no cart yet not offering any assistance, would be glad to go and get the carts from the lot, You're paying them enough money and it would get them out of the way so customers could actually see what products you have and possibly purchase them. I will return simply for the low prices, proximity, and the fact that I don't have to fight the crowds at Wally World. read more
