Been going to this Aldi and others within driving distance. I'm however a little disappointed that a few months ago, that the best tasting Cashew Chocolate milk I've ever taste disappeared off the shelves completely and has yet to return. Why? This was excellent chocolate milk. And from a fantastic source too. Because when offered. It flew off the shelves. If anyone at Aldi reads this and care what customer have to say. I would like to suggest you contact your supplier and make this milk a permanent item in all your stores. And if not, just the ones in my region will be fine with me. read more

I like this particular store. I find is less crowded than the one on 441 and Hollywood Blvd., and the location is more convenient for me. Easier to get in and out of the parking lot and onto the road home. It is smaller, though. I like that it is small because I can finish my grocery shopping more quickly, and I am not distracted by a bunch of things I don't need. Only SOME things I don't need. ;) I stock up on chocolate when I am there, because it is premium and cheap. If you want to give chocolate as gifts, this is the place for you! You can buy a fancy box for $4. Or, fancy bars for well under $2. Their chips (a huge variety) are also very inexpensive. Great for stocking up for hurricane season. Their pistachios are cheaper than elsewhere, and I stock up on these, too. And, my favorite cereal costs only $2! I save a lot of money by shopping here. I often shop here just before closing time, and then there is no crowd and checkout is quick. On the few times when I have gone during the day and had to wait in line, it went quickly. Plus, I could always watch a movie on my phone when waiting. But, I never had time to at Aldi. It really does go fast. Last time I shopped at Aldi, the refrigerator section was empty and closed, because they were getting a new one. They have the cheapest milk and soy milk, and I had to buy it elsewhere that time. I look forward to seeing the new refrigeration system! That's important for a store, so I didn't mind going elsewhere for my milk. The problem was that now I finally had cereal, but no milk. Haha. Not the most beautiful store, but I save so much money there. Their bottled water is cheaper, too. Worth it! Oh, by the way, one time, the cashier threw all my things in the cart while he was ringing me up, and many cans got dented. I noticed when unloading my cart into my car. I went right back in the store and asked for a refund and returned all the dented cans. Done with no questions asked. Nothing is perfect. I love saving money here. I shop here every few weeks and alternate with other stores, where I can find things they don't have. read more

I go to this ALDI location once a week to do my grocery shopping because their sales are AMAZING! The fruits are always sweet and so I would stock up on so much fruit that would last my family and I for the whole week or so. I would suggest going in the early morning instead of the afternoon because it can become crowded and the place is not very big. One of the tips I would tell people is to bring a bin to carry your groceries instead of a bag. The reason is that it is so much easier because you don't have to take the time to transfer your groceries to multiple bags. However, the only downside about shopping in this grocery store is that the parking spots are very tight and small. read more

Aldis is a wonderful money saver. Sure it won't replace Publix or Costco, but it will provide you with healthier and tastier replacements for a fraction of the price. Aldis provides a large amount of gluten free options and also very natural alternatives to already dinner favorites, for example their brand of sloppy joe mix has far less chemicals and tastes even better than other brands. Recommend for cheap, yet natural choices for anyone shopping on a budget. read more

I always go to this ALDI and every time I go there is this rude Asian lady that works there and always has an attitude with customer. Instead of speaking calmly to customers, she starts of by yelling and throwing a fit by slamming the groceries in the cart. Every time I go in someone always has a problem with her, so I know I'm not the only one to notice. She's so childish. A manager needs to talk to her! read more

Sold expired products. Lots of bad fruit there with mole. I have found some good deals there but it isn't worth the effort.

Should have trusted my instincts & not have shopped here. Went the other day & despite how unsettling this store made me feel, I continued on based on the prices i viewed. The cart situation puzzled me, being a 1st time shopper there, but the staff was kind & explained how things work there. Again, understandable, yet unsettling a bit. The staff was nice, got in & out quickly...but the staff was not the issue. I bought a bag of vadalia onions, Asiago cheese, Turkey bacon, salt, garlic salt & paper towels. Once home, cut into the 1st onion I removed from the bag & it was rotten?! I was disgusted & cut into the next 2 & they were fine, but then made me quickly consider my other 2 food purchases, which were Turkey bacon & chicken tenderloins. Well, the chicken was fine, prepared & eaten. Oh, but tonight I used 2 slices of the Turkey bacon & cut a bit of the cheese I also purchased & became violently ill minutes after eating the sandwich I made using both. The veggie patty I topped it with the Aldi products could in no way be associated, as I use these products on a regular basis. The bacon was cooked thoroughly, so I can only do the math...the only difference was my Aldi products...and let's just say, after feeling a fiery pit burning & gut wrenching pain in my stomach, with nausea & contemplating if I could be having a heart attack, I downed antacids & water & thankfully the horrible pain, nausea & fear if I should call 911 subsided a bit after 20 to 30 minutes or so. I threw away the remaining food I purchased & will NEVER return to Aldi ever again. Stomach, hours later...still churning & aching badly. Hate to write a bad review, not at all my style...but not sure if anyone else has had anything similar happen & if so, this needed to be written. And once again, the Aldi associates were lovely with me, it is about solely my fear of whether or not thier products may be contaminated or expired. read more

I really loved ALDI store ever since it arrived in our neighborhood. I loved quality product and prices, of course. However, after store in Cooper City Fl in corner of University and Sterling rd got renovated, I hardly ever go there, and today it was last drop that made me to leave the store without my stuff. First, it's never neat anymore. Customer service needs improvement. Couple weeks ago I was looking for a special bread that my friend bought there the other day. I stopped the guy who worked there and lately opened the cashier line. He was rude, stating he doesn't know anything. Today I was in line for good 10 minutes with 2 items that I forgot to buy in my first trip just few minutes before. The cashier on my line decided to open another line and called the customer behind me. When I asked what about me, and I was staying with 2 items in front of next customer. He just looked at me and turned away. I strongly recommend to upper management and headquarters to work on improving customer service and overall store performance before they loose more customers. read more

Super disappointing Aldi location. I was first introduced to Aldi about 2 years ago by my boyfriend who took me to the 8th St location as we were living my FIU. It soon became our usual shopping place for groceries that we would visit once a month followed by a Publix visit to get just a couple things we couldn't get at Aldi. This location is about 5 mins from my parents house and I've never really needed to go here until this past weekend when I had big shopping list for a holiday party. I was hoping to knock out most items here but that didn't happen. It was a really sad looking location as most shelves were empty. The produce section looked really dirty with old stuff nothing was fresh looking. The freezer section was also not full like I would have expected and even the dairy section had limited milk and cheese options. Not the quality I was expecting based off other Aldi locations. Maybe I was there on an off day but even so too much of the store was lacking. read more

Cheap... Yes. That's the only reason I am giving two stars...... I think that as a "new store".... There needs to be a person At the front to greet you. Someone to explain the quarter in the cart, the fact you will need to bring your own bags or you can buy them. 10cents is cheap.... But knowing your options before you fill up your cart is nice. Also.... So many of the frozen items boxes where open. Maybe poor handling in the shipping or stocking.... But no thank u... I don't want already opened food. As I was checking out the cashier just seemed like a robot.... No smile and made me feel more like a number than a welcomed customer. She was ringing things and just slinging them in the cart. I didn't know you then had to walk over with your bags and bag the items yourself. She was telling me my total before I was told that I needed to go to the wall to bag my stuff. Ok. Well thank u. Now that I have felt a bit rushed while she saw me trying to bag as she was slinging things at me as I was grabbing items. Uh RUDE!!! I even told her it was a bit overwhelming and she said "we're just fast paced".... Wtf is that. How about slow it down and with a friendly smile.... Let me know what I'm suppose to do. Ugh. Just left that place saying never again. I'd spend the Extra $ anytime to feel welcomed. Trader Joes is my go to spot. At least I tried. Aldis is not for me. Hopefully the food will be good! I would rate this joke of a market 1 star but since I did save a whopping 3 dollars, I thought I'd be generous. Prepare to be inconvenienced at each turn here. Their shopping carts are locked by what I can only assume is sorcery and they don't bag anything for you. I've cut my grocery bill in half shopping here!They sell everything so cheap and even though a lot of the stuff is a brand you never heard of don't be scared to try it.Employees are always so nice and helpful.If you see a long line at checkout to be worried because their cashiers are quick!Also, as someone who used to be a cashier...I think it's awesome this company lets them sit while they ring up.Standing all day in confined space is probably the worst part of being a cashier so kudos to that, Aldi! read more

I love shopping at Penn Dutch, Brothers, fruit an veritable store and Costco. I found Aldi too small and confining with margins their but you had to seek them out. Fruit and veggies left a lot to be desired and concept of no bags and a coin operated shopping cart was not as cool as they this it is. I will stick with above mentioned stores and leave Aldi to the people who like it! I war to find something that was on their web site and they did not have it nor did they expect to get it. Im so sorry after a long time of shopping at this location I have to give this review. I love this store and usually the whole stuff is nice and everyone is so so friendly and helpful but the girl (sorry I cannot call her a Lady - she wasn't a "lady" at all) who claimed herself to be a manager this past Sunday is rude as a hell! So God forbid you have a problem and you'll need to talk to a manager - you better call the company and let them to handle it. Which I did. They called me back on Tuesday afternoon. She told me - she don't have a time while I was asking her to slow down at the register because I'll be using the same shopping cart - I had my 2 years old with me - she said NO (the line behind me was one gentleman with probably 3-4 items in his hands). So she told me to drive 2 shopping carts - one with a very heavy grocery and another one with my baby. And once I'll be done to bring the empty one back... sure! I'm not your employee!!! Of course her brain didn't tell her at least to leave the sitting area empty so at least I had that option to put my son in... I asked her to call a manager - and I was in shock when she - very arrogantly - pointed at herself... well maybe she should be paying more attention to have all the regular items - like coke or other drinks - on the shelfs instead being rude to a customer. Hope the company will take care of her... I felt so humiliated. I think she's not at her place at all... she'll be better at the farm with the cows because that's for sure she doesn't have a clue how to speak to humans read more

Seriously, this place should rated 5 stars from everyone. All these other reviews are jokes. From the outside the building is very nice and modern. Lots of parking spaces too. Yes the carts are set up differently than other grocery stores but it's a very simple and sufficient system so they can focus inside the store on the set up and customers. All you do is simple place a quarter inside the slot and then you have a cart. When you are done just insert this small piece from the cart in front and you receive your quarter back! The store itself inside is extremely clean and organized. The prices are so low for such healthy food! Most of it is GMO and gluten free. When I check the ingredients it's practically organic without the fake label to make you pay more! There is always plenty of employees to help with the kindness attitude. When you check out there is no bags. You have to bring your own or buy their reusable bags. I love that concept! It really takes a step in the right direction towards helping the earth. read more

Aldi is fantastic! It's very clean, (even the ladies room is clean), the store is very organized and the help is really good. If I don't see something stocked, I ask and they will go in the back to get it for me and then restock the empty shelf. I spend half of what I would spend in Publix and the quality of their foods is excellent. Simply Organic is great and I also like the Fit & Active line. They have gluten free, if that is what you buy, and I have tried some of those items, like the crackers, and they were delicious. I buy a whole chicken for under $5.00 and it's at least $9.00 at Publix. It's better than the chicken at Publix. The prices are astonishing and you hear people talk about that as they walk through the store. A bag of baby carrots for $.59, seriously? Absolutely delicious flavored gourmet coffee for under $4.00!!! Lowfat granola for $1.79, not kidding, and scrumptious. The best frozen cheese pizza for $2.29! I like bagging my own groceries so I certainly don't have a problem with that. I am in and out of the store in 20 minutes, the check-out is super fast and the people who check you out are very nice. They have new items each week, like edamame pasta, where else would you find that? They carry really nice seasonal items too. I highly recommend this store. They just started accepting credit cards. The store is definitely worth a try. If you are looking for quality items at an excellent price, this is the place to shop! read more
