Waited 15 minutes to pay I asked a worker to send someone so I could pay but nobody cameread more

There was even someone with his back to me, and I know he saw us, and didn't even acknowledge us. I then walked in and when I got to the registrar at 1pm they had no script for me in the system. Odd since I left the dr office at 10:30 and they were calling it in as I left. They suggested I called the office, which I did. Dr office called and left a message on the pharmacy line at 10:30, which no one bothered to check. Sat and waited another 15 minutes with not a single Customer in front of me for a zpack. Yes, just a simple sticker on a box. Nothing to pour or measure.

Went to return/exchange 2 items that I purchased yesterday. I asked the service person for hand…read morelotion for a particular brand and she pointed me to a specific shelf and I grabbed a pump and a purse size container. Today when I went to use them, realized they are NOT hand lotion, but hand wash. I drove over to exchange and was told everything was a final sale. I asked why I was not told this before purchasing or noticed any signs stating this, and she pointed to a small acrylic stand up notice in tiny font that stated "Terms and Conditions." Way at the bottom it read "all sales finals." She followed up with, "It's also on the receipt." Brilliant...the receipt is produced after the purchase! I understand I "guess" I should have read the tiny sign, with tiny font before I made my purchase...but who does that? Nevermind the sales clerk had indicated where the hand lotion I wanted was located. By the way...they did not even carry any hand lotion in this brand...JUST body wash. Now I am stuck with 2 items I will never use. I will not be patronizing this store again...and feel that any store that takes NO returns/exchanges should have significantly sized signage posted and their clerks should remind customs this policy when at the register. There are NO other stores in outlets that are only final sales. Misleading customers and poor service practices.

Staff has always been helpful finding the right scents or products for a deal.
