It made me think are all stores in Clear Lake are all bad. Because just 2 establishments right next to each other were bad. It was a small shopping trip. I found some good deals with in-store coupons. I scanned 2 coupons and it had a validation problem. The self check out attendant was able to clear it. But I can't scan the 3rd coupon because I forgot to ring it up. So, he came over and did something. After I completed the transaction and found no coupons were used. I asked him what happened to the coupons. He said they were already applied. I didn't have time to argue with him. After I got home, I checked my photos. Bull fuvking shit!!' Such a liar. I could have saved $3.50 with coupons. I'm not going to drive 50 miles to talk to someone in Clear Lake H-E-B for adjustment. I'm not going back to shop in Clear Lake anymore. No Sale! This was not my beat visit here being that,…read more I have never had a poor shopping, food or anything experience with what I have purchased from Sprouts over the years. It's alway a pleasant atmosphere and the music almost makes it therapeutic. Although, this was the one time that my visit was not as pleasant. After waiting in line for an issue with a customer that held up the line and observing at least 3 shoppers get checked out in another line. Finally one of the clerks opened another line, however they did not bother to take the next in line and of course there was a line rush. So I ended not making a purchase. I would strongly suggest that when a new line has to be opened that the courtesy of those that have been waiting are provided service first. I only new the line was opening because of the clerk opening on the other side saying they will take next in line after they were ready. I don't expect the shoppers to always be considerate, however I would appreciate it from the market. Maybe getting the attention of this waiting first would have been better. This may have been a one off. Let's see on the next visit!

Thank goodness there were natives in the store, not that it helped ease me. Though, they left quick and scurried across the store without even having contact with us. The male owner was helpful, but acted as if I was a lot younger than my age and treated me like I was ignorant. I couldn't find the sweet Indian snack, but I did find something a lot better. Lots of Indian snacks, sweets, ingredients, frozen foods, teas, and even fresh produce. The prices seemed pricey, not so much reasonable. No expired goods. I can't say I'll be back to this store as Hwy 3 is known for having lots of Indian grocery.
