What I absolutely REALLY loved is that each tin of oil has facts like where its from, best description of flavor like for the Provencal it said "subtle - savory, thyme & bay leaf, with lavender" or what the use is best for (i.e. salads, fish...etc) and balsamic pairings! I have to say their balsamic vinegars were my favorite. I almost died when I tried the Pomegranate Balsamic from Italy. It was so good, I couldn't stop myself. I went around the whole place trying different combinations like a madwoman. I ended up buying a four-piece set--two balsamic vinegars and two olive oils. One of the oils I bought was a jalapeño olive oil, and being a chef, my mind went to all these different places. My brain started to itch thinking about what I could make--different pieces, different marinades, different sauces, different salads. I got so excited and giddy, like a grown man in a LEGO store or a kid in Toys "R" Us. It was that kind of joy.
