I really enjoyed the white truffle oil (from Modena, Italy) and the Provencal Herbs (from Tunisia). What I absolutely REALLY loved is that each tin of oil has facts like where its from, best description of flavor like for the Provencal it said "subtle - savory, thyme & bay leaf, with lavender" or what the use is best for (i.e. salads, fish...etc) and balsamic pairings! I have to say their balsamic vinegars were my favorite. I almost died when I tried the Pomegranate Balsamic from Italy. The note card said: Medium tart and compliments: Salads, lamb, beef and duck Good Oil Pairings: Persian Lime, Chipotle, Basil Idea: With Basil EVOO, serve over salad greens topped with nuts, Feta Cheese and onion. I mean, that's great! You try something and are like "hmmm, what can I do with this..." well it gives you everything!
