She greeted everyone as they entered and checked on people while she cleaned the machines. A fantastic gal. This was the nicest and cleanest laundromat I've ever been in with clean, comfortable seating and lots of folding tables. They also have a wash and fold service that I'm sure to take advantage of in the future.

Many machines are broken and have been for quite some time. The change machine has been broken as long as I can remember. The floors are filthy. The furniture looks like it was picked out of someone's trash. The rest room is hit or miss with all crappy low-end fixtures. The floor in the men's room looks like a garage floor. I just sit in my car where it's clean. The gardens look nice. Someone must have just done them for the Springtime.

When I got there The door was locked. The sign on the door said last laundry in washer by 645. It was 642 and the door was already locked so if it locks before that, how can I get my laundry in the washer before 645 if the door is already locked. anyway I tried to explain to her that I only had one comforter to wash and was not drying it but she did not want to here a word I had to say. ( Andthat would've given me plenty of time to be out of there before 8 o'clock, which is what the sign said for closing. ) I will not be coming back and I will tell others as well. The lady who was working was friendly and helpful. She was able to get me change for the quarter machine and also recommend which size washer and dryer to use. Right after I got some quarters I realized that I didn't even need them because there are credit card readers on every machine here. It only cost me about $10 to wash my duvet compared to spending $40 to send it out to be washed. What a deal! The facility is clean and bright. Tons of machines so you shouldn't have to wait. There are places to sit, relax and even wash tv. There are also washing supplies and some pop and snack vending machines if you need. The entrance was decorated very nicely for Halloween. If you want to drop your stuff off and have it washed they also offer that service, along with dry cleaning and alterations. I will come back here next time I need to wash my duvet. You are required to wear a mask when inside. Everyone was abiding by the rules due to the pandemic.
