The women in charge was not very nice , kinda like a tyrant . She didn't want to listen to a word I had to say. I had one comforter to wash. I did not need to dry it. When I got there The door was locked. The sign on the door said last laundry in washer by 645. It was 642 and the door was already locked so if it locks before that, how can I get my laundry in the washer before 645 if the door is already locked. anyway I tried to explain to her that I only had one comforter to wash and was not drying it but she did not want to here a word I had to say. ( Andthat would've given me plenty of time to be out of there before 8 o'clock, which is what the sign said for closing. ) I will not be coming back and I will tell others as well. I can't believe we got turned away when the laundromat is open. The lady had a ton of people in there and wouldn't let my children and I in to dry one basket of clothes. She ignored me while she had a bunch of other people. We only needed to dry clothes. It says on the doors last load in by 6:45. Washed. We needed 30 minutes of dry time and she locked the doors at 7. She stood by the doors and just ignored me and said no. Seriously? Is that really what you allow your workers to do? read more

This place used to be good. People used to actually care about other people's stuff. But now you got this woman that doesn't care. For a month now I come in early she moves my stuff out of front of the washers to do her own. Today I just watched her let some guy use a washer but then push my stuff out of the way twice. She closes the shop early when she's working. So when you come just be careful don't come too late even though if you have 2 hours she'll still close the doors on you and lie. She doesn't run TVs she doesn't have anything going she keeps his place as quiet as possible he yells at anybody that can't speak very good English and the best thing she does is set at the table eat donuts and drink a coffee and go outside and smoke cigarettes. Oh yeah I forgot always being on her phone. And there's ways I can post videos to show you the proof I would love to be able to do that too because that's all she does is push my stuff out of the way The other video I have she had a load literally for a small washer she found what my washer was in the back and pushed mine out of the way just so she can put a small load in a medium washer. This woman is pathetic sad and needs some mental help. What makes it more messed up The fact that she pushed my laundry out of the way to do her stuff. She actually ended up waiting till though 10 minutes after the wash was done just sitting there just taking up the wash so she did that deliberately on purpose. Just like closing doors and locking people out on purpose before they're closing time. I've never seen such an old short woman feel drunk with power just to be a BITCH. read more

Been a long time customer at this laundromat over the past 5 years and there have been good and bad employees that have and do work there. I understand that it's hard to keep good employees but now a days you should try. Samantha that is one of the current employees is pleasant and deals with the customers that are nasty..kudos to her!!! I don't have that many patience with how people are now a days. read more

If I could give it a 0 I would.The old lady that works there is extremely nasty and rude.I asked for help multiple times and was denied the hel.I'm a high risk pregnancy I asked her if she would help me or if I could push the cart out and back in due to high risk and she ignored me.She was speaking to another customer and they were having racist conversation about Hispanic people near me when you can clearly tell I am Hispanic.She shoved me with the cart and told me she wasn't going to help and that I had to leave because she did not care of no high risk,luckily another customer helped me.As I arrived she started giving me a hard time with everythin.I left to grab some food from McDonalds and when I came back washer was of,she said she opened it to make sure clothes were inside and forgot to press start.I wasted $15 in a dryer with 5 towels because she refused to help me.I will never go back.I hope that after the push she gave me my high risk pregnancy doesn't get affected because I will go back to sue her. read more

They closed on me with my laundry in there with NO posted closing time, just have the laundry in there by 645pm. This completely screwed me! AND I have to do the laundry again! WHY are they not 24 hours?! Are they afraid somebody's going to lift a washer? What conceivable reason does this place have to not be 24 hours?? NO LESS to NOT HAVE A POSTED CLOSING TIME! I had my laundry in a dryer before 6:45pm last night. Me and my wife walked over to the restaurant nexted door to get something to eat. By 7:15pm they where closed so I couldn't get my laundry out of the dryer and there hours are 8am to 8pm every night. read more

If you are in Batavia, Genesee County, Orleans County or eastern Monroe and find yourself in need of a laundry mat this is the place to go. It is spotlessly clean and staffed with wonderful people all hours it is open. It a machine doesn't work or their is a coin problem which is extremely rare here, staff resolve it immediately. There are single, double, triple, and quad washers. Great for bedding and comforters. They have animal dedicated washers for dog beds and horse blankets. The wash price might shock you at first ranging from $2.50 for a single light load in cold water to $22 for a quad washer run heavy soul with hot water but this place is worth it and the clothes will come so clean! Drying will generally cost $1-$1.50 a load. The equipment is very clean and effficient. I have used many laundry mats in the area from Brockport, Albion, Gates, and Rochester and give all of them 1 star. This is 5 stars. read more
