Great and friendly customer service from the young woman at the counter. Professional hospitality service that I will never forget. The assortment itself was very nice: small portions of beef, a couple of different preparations of chicken, and pork for proteins, two types of rice, two types of beans, plantains, different veggies, and potato salad. It was a great way to taste a bunch of different things. My favorite was the potato salad, which was creamy and seasoned appropriately. Unfortunately, that's where the praise ends. All the meat was dry (which might have been the fault of getting it at the end of the day) and not very flavorful. Some of the selections, including (inexplicably) the white rice, were way too salty. I was also really puzzled by the amount of food we received. We were supposed to receive $27 worth of food for $9, and we did receive a lot of variety, but in small portions. For $9, the amount was fine. If I'd paid $27 for the amount I received, I would have been really upset. All in all, while the food might be better if bought earlier in the day, it wasn't good enough for me to want to pay full price to try.

It was our 1st time here and the waiter did a great job of explaining how everything works and how the food will be served. We got the full experience. The salad bar has waaayyyy more than just salad but don't get caught up there bc when they start bringing the food/meats to your table you might be a little overwhelmed. I tried everything lol. I had a lamb chop for the 1st time it was amazingly delicious. Flank steak might be new favorite cut. Filet mignon wrapped with bacon. They just keep bringing food to you like you're a "King" or "Queen"!! There was the grilled pineapple and they also had this honey cheese. I'm getting hungry and having flashbacks as aim writing. I can't wait to go back. It's a very nice intimate setting with music playing but just loud enough to hear and still have a conversation. I will definitely be back soon. It's so much more I can say but I think you have to just experience it for yourself. Also remember this all you can eat so bring your appetite. Next time I'll add more pics. Had to enjoy the moment!!

I really wanted to like Fogo de Chão, but unfortunately my partner and I had a genuinely…read moredisappointing experience. First, I'll give credit where it's due: we arrived a little late for our reservation and they accommodated us almost immediately, which we appreciated. Before we were even seated, one of the staff members asked if we wanted still or sparkling water, and within seconds someone else came to take our order. We decided to go all in with the full churrasco experience. That's where things started going downhill. For some reason, many of the gauchos kept approaching our table with only the last piece of meat left on the skewer, which meant one person at the table often missed out completely. As the night went on, we did get to try some of the churrasco selections along with the chicken and parmesan pork, but service quickly became extremely inconsistent and inattentive. Multiple times we had to flag staff down just to get food brought to our table. At one point, a hostess asked if there was anything specific we wanted, so we requested the picanha and ribeye since neither had come around. Later, another staff member promised to bring us those cuts along with the fried cheese. We said yes to everything... and then waited... and waited... and nothing ever arrived. Eventually another gentleman came by again with pork and once again asked if we wanted anything specific -- for what felt like the fifth time. We repeated our requests, but the food we were promised still never showed up. By that point, the vibe was completely off. We were looking forward to dessert, but honestly we just wanted to leave. The atmosphere made us feel unwelcome and forgotten. To make matters worse, the meat quality itself was very disappointing. Several cuts were unusually chewy, the color looked off, and the flavor tasted old and low quality. For a restaurant charging around $75 per person, the experience and food quality simply did not match the price. Unfortunately, my partner and I left feeling frustrated and disappointed, and we definitely will not be returning.
