She was so very knowledgable about the Scottsdale area, and so enthusiastic about what she does. She left such an impression on us that we decided to ask for her help in finding us our home. We are so glad we did! She literally did not stop (through sickness and in health) until she found the perfect house for us. I've purchased two houses and have never experienced the dedication, knowledge and professionalism that Monica possesses. My expectations are now so high, how could I go anywhere else for my real estate needs?!

However, the contractors they use for inspectors and home warranty have been nothing but a waste of money, time, and have been frustrating. Pipes are bad in my new home, even though I paid extra to have them scoped and was assured they were good. Same with electric, where there were multiple issues I had to have taken care of. Home warranty group that they use -- First American -- is worthless and basically a scam. If it wasn't for the suboptimal contractors and warranty groups they work with, they would easily get a 5 star. I hope this helps someone who works with them to purchase a home and saves them many, many headaches! And I hope they work with other contractors that are more honest.

When buying she used a lot of creativity and finesse to get the most for my money even with a very reluctant seller. We ran into a seller with multiple open permits from a decade previous, and she got everything straightened out in record time. Another seller wouldn't budge on needed repairs, and she found a creative way to ensure that they had to give a lot of ground. Through it all she is great to deal with. Smart, creative, extremely knowledgeable, and tireless. Made a stressful process a lot easier to go through. Don't get someone who just hangs out a sign.

Over the course of 3-years I've learned allot about the management of Madison on 16th apartments, DBA. I have not heard back from him at all in spite of follow up calls, emails, texts from me and from his colleagues. I think he is one of those realtor who only responds to money in the works. His online presence brands himself as someone who is an expert on how to make money and chase real estate profits from others and nothing about service and giving back. Online posts of pictures and videos if not taken down upon home sale and home owner request is classified as an ethics violation by AZ Association of REALTORS. Beware of this realtor who sells luxury real estate. He doesn't respect his buyer/sell's privacy and safety after a transaction is closed and he already has his commission money.
