We wanted that fixed ASAP and Mike was able to come right out and give us a quote! Unfortunately, it was on the top floor without roofing near it, so he would have to use a ladder, which added to the total cost. The window itself was around $100, and labor was around $200. However, Mike was willing to take on the challenge. He does only take cash or check and takes a 50% deposit before ordering the glass and installing, and since I hadn't known that, ended up mailing a check after we got our quote. About a week later, Mike called to let me know that the glass was in and ready for install that day! He installed the new glass, and it looks great. We're excited to have that fixed, and will definitely get a quote from Mike for any glass or mirror needs.

BEWARE!!!This compnay is bad. We bought and had Quick set company install glass block windows in…read more2014. Within 1 week, our windows were leaking from when it rained. Called them and they came and applied more sealant around windows. Within that year, windows continued to leak. Called them and they said they would come out and redo windows. Well they came out and chiseled aroun'red the window, cracked the cement, left holes and knocked out cement on the inside and by the way, they only chilsed on the outside of the windows which caused damage on the inside. (Please keep in mind, one of the windows they replaced never leaked. The only reason we replaced that window is to have matching windows.) They told me that they wouldnt come out an fix the windows anymore, even though the windows are under warranty. We spent $500 on these windows and now have to get someone else to replace windows becuase this company is a fraud.

I brought a curio cabinet door that was damaged during a move to Berger's refinishing. I felt…read morewelcomed into the shop to bring my piece in and have Tracey look at it. He was able to patch the door frame from 4 pieces back into one and it looks great- Better than it did before, actually. It used to have brackets holding a few pieces together, leading me believe it had been damaged before. I needed a replacement piece of curved glass as the original was shattered in the move. While the door frame only took maybe 2-3 weeks for completion, I gave Tracey a few months to search for a curved glass manufacturer. One person he thought may have been able to ended up not being able to and he was unable to find anyone else in the local area to do it which is absolutely at no fault of his own. I was able to find a specialty glass manufacturer who does replacement curved glass for curio cabinets in FL so it all worked out. It was reasonable pricing for the door frame repair with a good turnaround time. If I ever have damaged furniture I would bring it back to Berger's in a heartbeat.
