I heard Tiffany do an interview on the Inside-Outside Guys on WJR and thought 'I need to talk to those guys'. It took a couple consultations to nail down the style, color, and layout. We got in touch with this local company as we were looking for quotes for a backyard fence (to keep…read moreour pets secure) and they were able to meet and exceed our expectations. They quote was reasonable, scheduled promptly, all the info was clearly presented and the prices up front. There was no guess work. Then Fence Spot did an awesome job with the measurements, took a template of the existing fence, made fence to match existing, and hauled away the defunct chain link fence and wooden posts that we had on the property that were in the way of the new fence installation. When there was an issue, we promptly were contacted (our sprinkler system was not marked, so predictably, the sprinkler line was damaged in the diffing process, which could only be prevented if it was marked beforehand). This possibility was outlined in the estimate we received, so not the company's fault at all. The posts were installed promptly and set into concrete. Once they were done, Fence Spot came out again and installed the rest of the wooden fence and it looks great! It not only keeps our critters in, but it looks aesthetically nice too. Out of all the estimates we received, I would only recommend the Fence Spot. They have a showroom too, which is nice - just go and look at all the samples. I was really impressed with their responsiveness and customer service. Would hire them again.

I got estimates from four fencing companies…read more Final Touch Fencing had the best price. Robert and Marisa were very helpful throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions and offering options and insights that I had not considered. I share a fence line with three neighbors. FTF gave me a detailed breakdown of what each neighbor's share would be. This made approaching my neighbors so much easier. They handled all permits and were great about keeping me updated. FTF threw out my old fence. They carefully cleared bushes and landscaping, preserving several that otherwise may have been removed. I removed four mulberry trees from the property and FTF coordinated and worked around the tree company with no issues. I especially appreciated how flexible Final Touch was--just prior to the start date I decided to add a small separate fence around my side door and an eight foot gate to allow for improved access to my backyard. These changes did not delay the project and the additional cost of these changes was very reasonable. Overall, my new fence exceeds my expectations and I am very happy. My three neighbors are happy and I have been getting compliments from passersby. I will be following up with final touch in three months to seal the wood when it is ready. My only regret is I did not do this sooner. I highly recommend Final Touch Fencing
