We got in touch with this local company as we were looking for quotes for a backyard fence (to keep…read moreour pets secure) and they were able to meet and exceed our expectations. They quote was reasonable, scheduled promptly, all the info was clearly presented and the prices up front. There was no guess work. Then Fence Spot did an awesome job with the measurements, took a template of the existing fence, made fence to match existing, and hauled away the defunct chain link fence and wooden posts that we had on the property that were in the way of the new fence installation. When there was an issue, we promptly were contacted (our sprinkler system was not marked, so predictably, the sprinkler line was damaged in the diffing process, which could only be prevented if it was marked beforehand). This possibility was outlined in the estimate we received, so not the company's fault at all. The posts were installed promptly and set into concrete. Once they were done, Fence Spot came out again and installed the rest of the wooden fence and it looks great! It not only keeps our critters in, but it looks aesthetically nice too. Out of all the estimates we received, I would only recommend the Fence Spot. They have a showroom too, which is nice - just go and look at all the samples. I was really impressed with their responsiveness and customer service. Would hire them again.

They answered all my questions and offering options and insights that I had not considered. I share a fence line with three neighbors. FTF gave me a detailed breakdown of what each neighbor's share would be. This made approaching my neighbors so much easier. They handled all permits and were great about keeping me updated. FTF threw out my old fence. They carefully cleared bushes and landscaping, preserving several that otherwise may have been removed. I removed four mulberry trees from the property and FTF coordinated and worked around the tree company with no issues. I especially appreciated how flexible Final Touch was--just prior to the start date I decided to add a small separate fence around my side door and an eight foot gate to allow for improved access to my backyard. These changes did not delay the project and the additional cost of these changes was very reasonable. Overall, my new fence exceeds my expectations and I am very happy. My three neighbors are happy and I have been getting compliments from passersby. I will be following up with final touch in three months to seal the wood when it is ready. My only regret is I did not do this sooner. I highly recommend Final Touch Fencing

They also provided written documentation of how they were going to do everything - details on how the support posts would be set, on the structure, and on the deck boards, etc, many of which were beyond what the local building code requires. And then they were able to deliver on what they said they would do. The new support structure for my deck is rock solid, I swear I could park a truck on it. Good communication with me throughout the entire process. And the finished product is beautiful. I went with a composite deck material. The discussion about what we needed and the quality of their product were the true deciding factors that made us go with them despite being a bit higher than the quotes from the others. Of course everything is on backorder nowadays but they set the expectation on timing and met each target date. When installation day arrived the job was done quickly and thoroughly. The only hiccup was that one window was damaged and they had to order a replacement so they installed the cracked widow for the time being.They called as soon as the replacement arrived and came to swap out it, which took like 5 minutes. All in all, they were pleasant to work with and stand behind their work. We definitely recommend them and will use them when we get our patio finished and need a door wall.

Then im hit with a 30k price for my roof that only lasts 2 weeks and would increase to 40k afterwards for a year. It was a nightmare as i am a 1st time home buyer and my fiance wasnt home, i felt like he was trying to strong arm me. Immediately we contacted another company who gave us a 20k quote (thats the price i assumed we get, not 10-20k more!). Pure energy uses scare tactics and high pressure sales to try to make people panic. As the saying goes, a jack of all trades is a master of none. Next time a sales person comes to my door theyre getting a no from me. If anyone is considering pure energy, don't. Save yourself the time, energy, panic and most important of all, money. Get multiple quotes before you make a decision despite the urgency this (and i am sure other companies) tries to create.

We had our closets remodeled and did an amazing job. They are professional dependable and reasonably priced. We have them scheduled to work on our garage floor in July. Brian Maynard is a capable and competent young man. My wife and I recommend his company very highly. On 7/18/14 we had Brian and his crew place rubber tiling on our garage floor and did a great job. We will have them back this fall and will give an update then. On 9/29/14 we had Brian and his crew insulate our fireplace and replace hoses on our washer and dryer. In addition they did some minor repairs on our garage steps. They did an excellent job and plan on having them back in the spring of 2015 for additional home projects.Will give an update then. read more
