MPW was, without question, the most disappointing vendor we worked with for our wedding. Their work reflects complacency and a lack of professionalism that is difficult to comprehend given their reputation. I strongly advise against hiring them for your wedding. On the morning of our wedding, the team rushed every moment, creating unnecessary stress. During the reception, the issues escalated significantly. We paid a substantial amount for a same-day edit, which they repeatedly promised would be ready "in five minutes." This delay continued for over 90 minutes. As a result, the DJ stopped the music multiple times in anticipation of the video entrance, and approximately 90-95% of our 400 guests believed the reception had ended and began leaving. This completely disrupted and ultimately ruined our reception. Several months later, we received the final edited video, which was expected timing-wise. However, the quality was shocking. The video showed severe technical and artistic failures: the camera focused on a guest's armpit during the ceremony, excessive lens flares blocked the screen during our first dance, and extended shots included the photographer's bald spot instead of the couple. Additionally, important screen presentations prepared by my wife's family were entirely missed. When we contacted MPW to express that the video was unacceptable, a team member accidentally replied to our email in Filipino rather than internally. After translating the message, it stated that it was "the worst video he has ever seen" and that "the guy they hired was terrible." This confirmed our concerns about the quality of the work and internal oversight. We requested corrections, after which MPW sent a revised edit. Unfortunately, they only changed the presentation slides (after we provided the files again) and added excessive fade-to-black transitions. It was clear the video had not been fully reviewed. In multiple scenes, their crew can be seen sitting in the background or not paying attention to framing, with people walking through shots--further demonstrating a lack of care and professionalism. I then sent a detailed email with timestamps outlining every issue. Despite this still being the first proper revision, we were repeatedly reminded of their policy that additional edits cost extra. Each revision fixed one issue while introducing another, creating the impression that the process was intentionally prolonged to justify charging for additional edits. After 14 months of ongoing communication, we finally received the completed video. However, the raw footage--part of our agreement--was not included. We had to follow up again before it was finally delivered. At this point, we will need to hire another editor simply to produce a watchable and respectful wedding film. This experience included a rushed wedding morning, unacceptable filming angles, missed key moments, a severely delayed same-day edit that disrupted our reception, and over a year of exhausting back-and-forth. I do not enjoy writing reviews like this, and I am generally very understanding of human error. However, the level of negligence and lack of accountability we experienced was unacceptable. I was fortunate enough to work with Chris during the planning phase, and there were a lot of emails and questions I had which he answered with patience and clarity. He really worked with us on pricing, and we found Mint to be the best option for us for more reasons than one. When we finally met Chris on our wedding day, he was really calm and easygoing and he worked unobtrusively alongside our photographer. He was there to capture all the special and important moments and paid great attention to detail. Most of the time, I didn't even realize he was there so it surprised me when we got our draft videos back within a few short weeks after our event, and saw how close he got during all the important and critical moments of the day. Overall, we are truly pleased with our experience with Mint and we think Chris is very professional and approachable, which are two of the best traits to find in a wedding cinematographer. We were able to edit our draft, working videos, and Chris really came through and delivered what we asked of him. There were some things I had wanted or wished were different, but we worked with the material we had and it turned out wonderfully. I can not even begin to discuss the disappointment with this company and no one should feel…read moredisappointed on their wedding day. The photos I received from my wedding were terrible. Amanda was my photographer. The assistant photographer did a better job than my main photographer. The photos looked like an absolute mess. The getting ready photos that we're taken in my house, we're not set up by the photographer at all. She was just snapping photos from every angle with dresses, bags in the back, my bridesmaids in the back doing their own make up, all the bridal robes all over the place. When I brought this to their attention they used Covid as an excuse that they are unable to move things out of the photo and lack of space in houses (Funny - because my house has a ton of space). The whole point of having a photographer is to set up the scene if they didn't think the photo looked nice then she should've moved me to a different angle with nothing in the background. They also used the excuse that these were all candid shots. A candid shot is still set up nicely. I will The photographer put no creativity and energy into taking the photos, it was as if she just snapped a random 2000 photos and hoped for the best. When the photographer walked in, one thing I was specific about was where to take my detailed shots. I showed her the location of where I wanted them and trusted her that they would be done this way. She instead took it upon herself to use a different scene with my kitchen and microwave in the background of the photos. She was too busy in my house taking pictures of random things, like a half eaten tray of fruit, a tray of bagels that was already cut into, magnets on my fridge, and picture frames in my house instead of focusing on me and setting up the scene to make the photos look nice. Some of the most important moments such as the first look with my father, walking down the aisle with my father were messed up and blurry. These are photos that I would never be able to retake. I was actually concerned and wanted to bring it to the attention of Silver Fox and had a nasty response from Danielle, basically blaming everything on candid shots and Covid. I was then redirected to the manager and explained everything to him. I also mentioned why we didn't take more photos outside and his response was the photographer said it was cold out. My wedding was in March, obviously it was cold but I was the one in the dress and I was not complaining. He acknowledged that my photographer did remember me specifically telling her where to take the detailed shots and instead did it in a different place with the kitchen as a backdrop anyway. I was told that since I am feeling this way he could edit 20 photos for me. After spending almost $6000, being extremely disappointed and embarrassed to show people my wedding photos, I do not think that editing 20 photos would correct how I felt. It was the way the photographer did the job. Apparently after several emails, the photos are up to Silver Fox studios standards. That says a lot and anyone that is reading this review should know that apparently they have very low standards. I got better pictures from my friends iPhones the following day.

On the day of the wedding they made sure to address everything on my list! His artistic vision really came to life. First thing in the morning they arrived with an entire team of professionals who guided us and gave us direction and specific cues to capture the perfect shot. They managed the time well and we had so many amazing photos and videos to choose from. They told us exactly what to do, how to pose, how to stand or look but made it fun and enjoyable. As far as videos, Evgeniy and his team were shooting videos from the moment they got there until the moment it was over. we had the drone footage of our ceremony and our choreographed dance that was very important to us. Which they captured perfectly. Everyone always says, you spend so much time and money preparing for the wedding day that after it's over, all you have are the pictures and videos as memories. It is absolutely worth it to find a quality team and without hesitations I would choose them again. Highly recommend for your special occasions.
