Absolutely THE worst place you can spend your money! I waited over a year to leave this review because I thought maybe they would improve! No way! I purchased a new travel trailer from these clowns and bought the warranties I needed. Goodluck trying to get warranty service completed. I tried scheduling 4 times and they were full. Corey is dishonest and will lie to YOUR FACE! TRUST ME! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I AM!

    Storage tray re-installed backwards.

I had brought my relatively new (early 2022) Carbon toy hauler in to have the left side leaf springs replaced on a warranty claim. Raul got me in, no big deal, which was great. After having my rig there for a few weeks I brought it home and attempted to fill it with water just to find out that my tankless hot water heater was full of cracks. I called the service department to figure out what the heck happened. Come to find out, they had disconnected my battery, without my knowledge, Not allowing my tankless hot water heater to cycle on during low ambient temperatures. Mind you, I was asked if the fresh tank was drained, to which I said it was. However was not asked nor had I stated that it had been winterized or air blown through the lines. Either the lack of knowledge of the systems within the coach (to which they have and sell on the lot) or the sheer incompetence led to the hot water heater cracking. There was a complete lack of ownership on this situation in all aspects, leading to the shop that I purchased the trailer from sending a hot water heater at their expense in order to get this fixed by this shop. I come in with a warranty claim from the manufacturer, to having to come out of pocket , parts and labor, for items the dealer had negligently broken. Lastly, there is a lack of attention to detail when putting pieces back together after working on the unit, re-installing my side compartment tray completely backwards and forcing it into the locking position. I would advise friends, family, fellow military personnel, strangers, or anybody in the area to seek repairs to their RV elsewhere.

Once they received my paperwork (DC & court papers) that I gave in person to this location, Loretta told me over the phone that they would send me an estate application, that I would need an EIN, and it would take 7-10 business days after processing the application to open and fund the account. She also said they need my signature on file which they have through the application. I waited for them to send the application, and I waited, and waited. I called and left a few voicemails with Loretta over the course of a few weeks, and didn't get a call back. I finally requested to speak to another staff member, and immediately she discovered that the application was sent to the incorrect email address. She got the correct address and sent the application immediately. I filled that out and waited for them to tell me it was funded. I waited 7 days, and then I called them. It was funded earlier in the week. I had a few checks to deposit to this account, so I took them into this location. The teller was friendly, and he told me it wasn't necessary to sign these checks. Later, I paid them another visit. I had title paperwork that needed several pages to be notarized. I checked in with the person up front, and they led me straight into the room to take care of our business. I've had very good experiences in person at this location, but the handling of the business via the phone wasn't nearly as much fun.

I took it back and they replaced the radiator. They gave us a loaner but it was not road worthy the winsheild was cracked all to hell, the blinker was all loose and you couldnt get it to stay off and the headlights worked intermittently. This thing was not safe and was a cop magnet if nothing else. In fact my significant other was pulled over and arrested in the damn thing. And we couldn't get our things out of the car because they couldn't get it from The impound lot because they didn't have the title. I couldn't believe it. Finally, We got the car back and still had problems with it stalling. Brought it back again and they had it for at least 2 months with them reassuring me they were going to great lengths to fix it and had already put in x amount of money. And that they arent trying to sell me a bad car. They got angry whenever i inquiered about the car, almost yelling at me a few times. They also refused a loaner car in the mentime. After then having it for 3 out of the 4 months I owned the car I told them I needed it and I was going to pick it up. They told me it would be done by the end of the day and I could get it in Rio rancho at the midas out there. They will call when i should go get it. They never called so i went there just before closing. I had a friend drop me off as she headed to work. When I get to the midas I told the man (who is in cahoots with the guys at top gun) that I was there to pick up my car, he looked a bit startled and told me that my car wasn't there. I had to go to another address to pick it up. This address was to a private residence in Rio rancho. I had to take an uber because it was a good distance away from the shop. When I got there some man, who knows who he was, came out of the garage and handed me the key not saying a word. I was about to fall out I was so blown away by the whole situation. Well I at least had my car back. After that the motor in the window failed and the check engine light came on. And shortly after an oil pressure light came on. I took it for diagnostics and it was something about celinoid intake. I take it into a mechanic and the engine is shot. Also the starter is out and all banged up from someone trying to get it to work temporarily. The thermostat is out. The housing is all corroded and the serpentine belt is cracked all to heck. I am so angry, I got this car to transport my special needs daughter to her many appointments and it could have left us stranded and honestly I'm amazed it didn't. I've owned the car for 9 months and have been able to use it only 4 out of the 9 months. It's cost more than I could ever afford and has put me in a hole financially. Unfortunately the finance company is no help and has informed me I am liable to pay the note In full regardless. I am within the lemon law requirements but can't afford an attorney so litigation is not an option. So if you are needing a car and even of this place is the only place that will put you in a car or if they are the last lot left on the planet DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE. They are discusting dispicable theives and will do all they can to dump their worthless pieces of junk onto anyone nieve enough to buy it. Better my daughter loose out then them I guess. Jerks!

Walked in Oscar greeted me at front, took me back to desk, explaining how CarMax works. Did an excellent job breaking down process. I explained what I was looking for. He pulled up some options. Oscar had an appraiser go evaluate my truck while we evaluated the 2 I liked. Appraisal was more than one , but lower than other dealers. KEY is they don't require you to sell it to them. Truck I liked would cost me $199 to have it delivered from UT for a test drive. I paid, 10 days later after inspected/prepped, I drove it. During the 10 days Oscar & system kept me updated of shipping status. Zero haggling or problems during the appraisal, search, shipping, test drive & final sale. Final paperwork takes a while, so be prepared to wait. Business office staff broke down the paperwork, easy explanation of cost. Thereby making you feel you are not being taken. I called two days later to confirm with Brittany (in business office) if everything was a go, because I will be going to TX soon. I am worried about my temporary plates expiring. She explained everything is great, but would personally watch out for them. THAT IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, because I feel I no longer need to worry about this. Brittany is on top of it. There are many different sales persons in the building, young, older, male, female, of color, Spanish speaking, so absolutely no reason you can't find someone to feel comfortable with in your vehicle search. Now that said I highly recommend Oscar (attached his photo) You are able to ask for him personally if you wish. Funny that wife & I found him easy to work with even though we have adult grand-kids his age. Young but a hard worker & quick to get you the answers you need.

This time, the hunt started on Saturday. Before we even walked into the dealership, we went ahead and prequalified with external financing. We made an appointment to test drive a vehicle at 3 pm. I highly encourage appointments. We arrived and we were assigned a sales agent, Sydney Fox. The member of our party who would be driving the vehicle ran about 15 minutes late. Sydney went ahead and washed the vehicle and got it ready for the test drive. We told her we were interested in other vehicles. She got our next option ready and we went for our drive. We came back and saw the next vehicle. The interior was a bit of a wreck, so we passed on the test drive. We went back to the drawing board. Found another vehicle, and another test drive. We broadened our search and found another vehicle, yet another test drive. Then, we stumbled upon the vehicle we decided on. Test drive was awesome. We came back and told Sydney we wanted it. She had to leave at 6 pm, so she set us up with Evan to finish the process. I logged into my insurance app, got a quote, and then the next page showed a drastically different payment layout. We told Evan we needed to pump the brakes on the sale until we could get our insurance figured out. They put the vehicle on hold for us until Monday 6 pm. On Monday morning, I got a text from Sydney inquiring about our interest in the vehicle. I told her we got a hold of our insurance, it's good, and we want the vehicle. We would be in at 6 pm to finalize the deal. We filled out the CarMax prefinancing, but there rate wasn't as good as our external source. She later messaged me and said we could work the process from home and it would be express delivery when we showed up at 6. I was a little hesitant, but with some encouragement, I said I would try. I had a hiccup in my external loan application. I had to call the business to have them set up automated payments, and we just went ahead and finished the loan processing. I logged back into my app, signed the loan, and then asked my husband to do the same. I then added the vehicle to my insurance policy and sent them a photo copy. I did all of this from the comfort of my home. We showed up at 6, checked in, waited maybe 20 minutes, signed some paperwork, and we were lead out to the vehicle around 6:45. That was express service if I say so myself.
