This line was sloped, but simply was not to code with 4 foot gaps between the supports when installed. Excuses are like the sludge they failed to clear. They also left behind unsanitary conditions and damages with an inflated bill. Do not use them unless you want sewer drainage left in your carpets, sewage handprints on your walls, and sewer backsplash on your cupboards.
