Although I wasn't driving I was worried about finding quick parkiing after seeing the street parking already filled. Turns out that CVS has their designated parking. It made it easy for an easy and quick grab and go stop. The employee that helped with unlocking the med display was not a peoples person no really interaction. The store was clean and organized and the shelves looked well stocked. It's a good store if ever in need of your basics. It's a store I would return to if needed.

Very concerned about the welfare of the employees working here. They seem extremely overworked,…read moreunderpaid, and stressed. It's a completely depressing experience shopping at this CVS location. The corporate CVS company really needs to inject some money into this branch to get it on par to the other San Clemente location. The fridges seem broken often, product displays are messy, and merchandise is always out of stock. The unequipped staff here have my utmost empathy. Poor souls. Corporate needs to wake up.

This Rite Aid location is awesome because of how huge it is. Everything in San Clemente has been awesome so far, I'm not yet regretting moving here. I haven't gone to the pharmacy here but the store itself is pretty clean. There were a lot of people wearing masks so I feel safe. The staff is very nice and accommodating but my prescription orders were messed up four times within a week. Yes. Four times. There was a different reason every time and I'm now done. I left behind two prescriptions because they were not packaged properly. When the request is to leave the medication in the original packaging and it is not, what more can you do? Go elsewhere. There are several other CVS stores nearby and, next time, I will go to any one of them.

Customer service is non existent, can't communicate with the staff members if you can find one!…read moreIt's unbelievable that a major corporation can allow this to continue. I approached several staff members to assist me to investigate if the item I was looking to purchase was in stock in the back store room. They looked at me if I was speaking a foreign language, English is still the language of choice isn't it ? I ended up frustrated and decided to leave. This is not the first time that I encountered a language problem. I know what you're thinking " why didn't you ask for a manager". well this past January I had to wait 35 minutes for someone to find a manager and when they did I had to help them fill out the form to my dismay ! The manager said someone from the Corporate Office would contact me within 48 hours ...... its now June and I'm still waiting ! This is about Corporate Greed, non trained staff members and managers at no fault of their own have been placed untrained into the service of dealing with customers. After dealing with the chaos of CVS and Walgreens for years, I finally switched to Seaview and haven't looked back. They are the real deal - a small family owned neighborhood pharmacy type of vibe. Need to talk to a live person? No problem!! You can actually call and someone will answer. No long automated lines or waiting on hold forever to talk to a live person. When I walk into Seaview, I am always greeted by kind and smiling faces. Everyone here is incredibly helpful. And they are so fast!!! Literally will leave my doctors apt upstairs and within minutes my prescription is ready. I am so glad I found Seaview Pharmacy. They make picking up prescriptions a breeze. I will never go back to a big pharmacy! Even though there are many pharmacies closer to me, I will gladly make the drive to Seaview every time.

A local independent pharmacy told me to go elsewhere after a few years of loyalty because they…read moredidn't want to hassle with my son's prescriptions which were difficult to get and probably was a low profit gain for them. Since moving to this RiteAid they have never given me a problem. There were a couple of times early on not stocking my son's unusual RX on time but since I have become a loyal customer, they never run out. Also, I see people complain here but they also have to remember that another rite aid closed down and this location is handling those rx too. They have some staff from the closed RiteAid but sometimes it seems crowded during certain times of the day. At times, it can take long in line but if you look, the staff is trying to help the customer. There are customers that really need a lot of help! In my years of being with this pharmacy, the people up front have always been kind and patient to not only me but with others.
