For instance, just went for the sale on corn on the cob, but they didn't even have any (not that they ran out). $5 Friday's used to be better, but the deals are more lacking now. I came into this pharmacy simply looking for guidance on eye drops for a possible eye infection, just something to get me through my workday until my doctor's appointment. As someone without a medical background, I was hoping for basic help from a pharmacist. I had seen online that a stye ointment might be available, so I asked for clarification. I was referred to an employee named Christian Pak. Unfortunately, the interaction was extremely disappointing. He repeatedly interrupted me, seemed unwilling to listen, and gave unclear answers like "I don't think we have it" instead of checking or confirming. When I politely asked if someone could verify since he seemed unsure, he responded with visible frustration--smacking his teeth, rolling his eyes, and sarcastically asking another pharmacist. That pharmacist immediately confirmed they did have the product, which was all I was asking for in the first place--accurate information and basic customer service. What made the experience worse was the dismissive attitude afterward--no acknowledgment, no professionalism, no courtesy. I even said thank you and received no response. For a place that provides healthcare-related services in Inglewood / LA County, this level of service is unacceptable. Customers seeking help--especially for something involving pain or discomfort--should be treated with patience and respect. This was a frustrating and unnecessary experience during an already stressful situation. I had a horrible experience. I went to pick up my rx and they told me that it had been cancelled and they wouldn't give it to me. I called my dr who had just called the rx in and she said along with my insurance that the pharmacy made an error. In addition they way overcharged me for the one that I did pick up . Also they make decisions without authorization. Last time they switched me to a generic brand and this time instead of asking they gave me a 90 day supply instead of 30. I've been real happy with the service and expertise. When asking a medical question the doctor on hand is well informed on the subject. They always have my order ready on time and send reminders via text. Very little wait time when picking up prescriptions. And on top of that I appreciated the free flu shot with a 10 % shopping discount at Albertsons. read more

Just do your self a favor and don't go to this pharmacy. I was in need of an important prescription emergency that was super important because of being freshly out from surgery and there way of going about ordering anything is unsafe, for the false time period given multiple times. I knew I had to run somewhere else fast. There ordering/shipment process is unprofessional. The staff on the phone and in person just say anything to get threw there shift! Came here because the Rite Aid closed down unfortunately. The staff here are possibly some of the rudest people on earth! It's shocking how poorly they treat customers, and not one of them knows how to listen properly either, you have to repeat your details (name, DOB etc.) at least 5 times before they get it. Have used them multiple times to see if there was any improvement, and there has not been, so we'll be going elsewhere from now on. read more

This has been my families main pharmacy for many years. They recently took I've the Rite-Aid and it's definitely gotten busier. I'm so proud of the staff for sticking through it all and accommodating all the new patients, while still caring for its original patients. Shout out to the staff and their patience. I am in between doctors my existing primary is not doing family anymore just concierge service whatever that means and just notified me . I ran out of my blood pressure medication and the pharmacist refused to refill or at least give me a couple days worth so I can find a new primary. By law she can refill the harmless blood pressure medication but simply filibustered me on the phone and told me. No sorry, and if you have chest pain go to the hospital. Wow what an experience. This is honestly the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. We moved to Dana Point and tried this because it is so close. 2 out of 6 times have they had the needed medication in-house (6 out of 6 times the CVS had it, not strange meds). Also for those 2 times they did have it, they are so disorganized and have no idea what they are doing back there each time. First they said 5 minutes, then the next person said 60 minutes, then they were calling our name over the intercom as we were walking out of the store. The next time the pharmacy called and let us know it is ready, then we showed up 10-15 minutes later and they had "no record of our name or meds". We decided to give them 10 minutes to figure it out as we grabbed a few groceries and magically they had it. I don't understand how they are still in business. read more

I was a Rite Aid customer and now go to the Sav-on pharmacy at Albertsons in Dana Point. My favorite pharmacist from Rite Aid is working there and that makes me very happy as he has always been so good to me. The front desk employees have been great to work with. I highly recommend. read more
