Amazing cashier willing to work with me and got me exactly what I needed and even loaded my cart with bags for me while I was checking out!

I had just started putting groceries from my cart into my car when Yogi, an Albertsons employee , stopped on her way back to the store with grocery carts and offered to return my cart to the store as well. We briefly chatted while she helped me to unload my groceries from the cart. She was professional, kind and quite helpful. Thank you, Yogi, for the unexpected but delightful interaction! Your willingness to assist made my day a little brighter. I truly appreciate your kindness and the time you took to help me. Order a cake on my phone when I got there on the day I said I was going to be there the cake was not even made or even there they remember even getting the receipt but the cake was paid for but no cake remember getting paid for them the store was great it was just a bakery and then I didn't get the cake that I ordered I ordered the cake with chocolate and fudge in the middle the cake was chocolate but there's no fudge in the middle it was a plain chocolate cake with whipped icing on the top they did an okay with the theme read more

I would give 0 stars. I had to wait at the deli counter for 7 minutes with 3 employees walking right past me to even acknowledge me. All were young and looked like high schoolers, it was extremely frustrating. After I finished my shopping and head to checkout, I so happened to pick the rudest cashier I have ever encountered. Nadina K was on her name tag and she was extremely rude. I've never felt unwelcome in a grocery store until this experience. The older cart return woman with glasses however was extremely sweet. I'll drive the extra 7 minutes to the Clarkston Albertsons. Because this store's customer service is embarrassing compared to the Clarkston location. read more

I spent $6 on an egg salad sandwich from the deli only to find out they used the butt of the bread on one side. Of course they hid that side in the packing. I would not have bought it if I had seen that. Very disappointed. read more

Friendly k well staffed location. Also, open, broad aisle ways- & nice signage. I had no problems navigating the store in my mobility scooter. Unfortunately I could not find the bathroom easily- so a star off for that- & prices seemed a bit steep- but I only visit Lewiston, I don't live here- so could just be my perception. I tried to get ahold of Albertsons corporate office online. They want exact date I purchased their store brand product. So I guessed.. then they want upc which they say is invalid. So I tried to call them but I need a customer number to get through the automated hurdles and I don't have one. I guess I should just expect mold to grow on the inside of the jars of their products and keep it to myself. This could really make someone sick but don't tell them. read more

Good employees but the variable pricing is meant to confuse and does. My wife has got caught in that game and ended up paying a ridiculous price for bone in pork chops, for an example. Poor parking. Very old store that needs updated badly. read more

The employees are always kind, friendly, helpful & patient. They're willing to go the extra mile at all times. They have a great sense of humor. During the recent shutdowns they remained patient, upbeat & kind. Much better selection than winco. read more

I have shopped in Lewiston Albertsons for many years but, in the last year, I have found the store to be out of many common items. I recently started going to Clarkston Albertsons and have found the availability of these same items to be much better. Additionally, I had noticed that morale of the employees to be poor. Employees seem to be depressed. Employees seem to be resentful and reluctant when I've asked for assistance. If you can drive the extra few miles Rosauers and Clarkston Albertsons are better stores. read more

I like this store because I can find everything. It just makes sense to me. There isn't much in the way of organic food. Most of the staff are older, and are happy to help you find something if you can't find it. read more

Just popped in to get my husband their fried chicken because he loves it. And that was fine until I noticed the cart they were unloading the food on it was caked in dirt and rust. The food was not covered when it touched the tray did not look sanitary at all. read more

I have not shopped at Albertsons for almost 8 years due to multiple purchases of expired or moldy food in the past. Today I decided after almost a decade to give them another chance. Bad idea. I bought 3 items at this location and one was 5 MONTHS EXPIRED. Ruined my dinner plans for the night, and ruined your store's reputation for good with me and anyone I talk to. They are refunding my dollar purchase tmrw morning. Doesn't come close to my dinner being ruined for all of us due to the expired food that went into my list of ingredients that changed my evening. Doesn't make up for the wasted gas spent to go to another store to fix it all, plus the gas I will spend tmrw to get refunded. read more
