This too is highly unusual for a Jimmy John's, which typically has the speed and efficiency of a Ford assembly line. Five minutes later, two employees arrived. One guy both took our money and made the subs. Slowly. Also, they forgot part of our order. Once the food was done, the employees once again disappeared to their back room sanctuary. I get the feeling they aren't comfortable interacting with customers. Would probably try them again, but it's weird how they bear no resemblance to the Jimmy John's service we know and love.

The waitress came to our table and directly looked at me and said I need to see your ID. I said I didn't have it and she said no one can sit in the bar if they don't have their Id. That I totally understand. However she never asked my friends for their ID's. If that's the policy then why didn't she ask ALL of us? Shouldn't Everyone need to be checked to make sure they have their Id. I felt very discriminated against!! The management needs to train her, that she needs to treat everyone the same if the policy is you have to have ID to sit in the bar then EVERYONE at the table should be asked, not just one person because of their skin color.
