During the time this was going on the owner was on the phone with someone, all sweetness and polite, then he hung and said " bitch". That shows how he REALLY feels about his customers. We responded yes and I asked him to clear the plates as his hands were empty. He proceeded to argue with me and said he'd rather wait u til we were gone to do so. I explained to him, as a former waitress, that it's polite to clear tables of empty dirty plates. again he argued with me and walked away without the plates. Wowza. I was polite, and yet he couldn't be bothered. I also had to ask the server to take the plates too. I find this so odd, as removing dirty plates is SOP in any restaurant. One more note, when refilling water glasses, it should be done with a pitcher and not taking a customers glass away to do so. This is all basic restaurant etiquette .
