Today I went to try to shop at Albertsons again. Deli ordered 5 pounds of lunch meat, five different kinds. I put in my order shopped for an hour and came to get the lunch meat. Only had 2 cut. New guy said I have to stop to wait on others so I still have to cut 3 more. This is not ok. When I got home he cut 3 different hams and I ordered one. I had to return it to the store. The deli manager laughed when she was told. The store so called manager is a joke. Point is not one employee at that Albertsons should be working there. They should all be fired. I'm sad that I witnessed the seafood employee drop a lobster on the ground in front of their display case and put it right back in. 5 second rules don't apply to stores I'd think. There is really nothing bad I can say about this place.They have a big produce section. Lines are NEVER long and their fried chicken is the best in our area. Honestly, a lot of people take Albertsons for granted and end up at other super markets. But, there is no other grocery store that fries up chicken like they can. This particular location is always clean and the staff is always helpful. I do hope more people begin to visit this location more often. I would hate to see it close. read more

Albertson's a place I don't usually frequent, however I'll stop in when it's convenient. I literally forgot one thing at the store due to the fact that I'm still not responsible enough to make lists and I wasn't going back to where I was. This location was clean. The store was closing soon and there was only 1 cashier. They have fresh produce here. Beyond that I didn't get far this trip. They do have golf cart parking!! Hooray! I'll keep that in mind in case I decide to take up the sport beyond going with friends so I can drive the golf cart. :) read more

They have their $5 Fridays and I went there today to get Mango Habanero chicken. There were only a few pieces and I asked when they would have some more and he told me it would be at least an hour... Like what the hell? This is 4:30 on a Friday and you're having a special, and you don't have any made to sell? The lady in front of me asked for some other chicken and she was told the same thing... BAKERY REVIEW: I had ordered a birthday cake & specially requested black & white lines on the borders of my cake. i asked if it can be filled to the top so i wouldn't have to add a plain border on the very top edge. The man taking my order was very nice, was not 100% sure if they can do it but he said i will get a call the next day to verify. I waited & got no call till the day before & the lady called me from her personal phone & was VERY rude about it. She was talking to me like i am dumb. i honestly should have cancelled my order with how rude she was but i ended up getting the bordered edge exactly how i didn't want it. Lastly, when I went to pick it up, the lady made me go pay up front which of course I didn't mind but the way she said it was I had to pay in front because "some" customers will just walk out with it. Was she classifying me as "some" customers? I just found that rude. read more

I hate this store more then ever. They need to get rid of everyone who works here from the cashiers to the deli associates to management and rehire some regular kind humans. I finally told off this horrible cashier who doesn't even say hello when you walk up??? WTH??? Shes always horribly rude and I finally let her have it. I would say she was ageist but she's not a spring chicken herself. The deli people are horrible and ignore people and when they help you they act like they're doing you a favor... ITS THERE JOB!!! WTH? The last 2 times I got the deli chicken it had pinfeathers in it... is this ok with the health department? YUCK. I should have brought it back but I tossed it. My Issue with this store is the deli department.... Multiple times I have come to get certain items and majority of the time the employees are sick and not very charismatic. Secondly, there is always beans dropped in the potato salad or gravy sauce, and when I complained I watched the staff take the spoon from the potato salad and scoop out the bean from the gravy then took the same spoon and lowered it down into the trash can and watched it touch the garbage, then she took same spoon again and rinsed it with plain water! No soap, and put it back in potato salad. I literally got the hell up out of there immediately after I notified her and the other staff just standing there watching how unsanitary and gross that was. Not to mention my daughter also got food poisoning from the potato wedges several months ago. Listen we are in a pandemic and I get that, but there is no excuse to force your employees to come to work obviously sick not the neglect of handling the food properly and carefully as well as maintaining a safe and clean environment. This store is convenient because of the fresh produce and other quality items but the deli department should be in top shape. read more

I called yesterday to inquire about delivery service for a sick friend, and without hesitation Sherry the manager said, "No we don't have a delivery service, but I don't at all mind delivering groceries to your friend on my lunch break or after work." I was floored. What a kind soul!! She didn't ask about the circumstances or even how far away it was, she simply offered up her lunch break to help a sick stranger. My heart is full. I posted this story on Facebook and I've had dozens of people respond, asking me what chain, and they all vowed to shop there more often. Sherry made not only my day, but many others. If only there were more people out there like her. Albertsons, you are lucky to have her in your corner. Had some items and came to the register and the employee by the name of "mongo" was the rudest, most incomplete employee you could have up there. Time was 9:59 Friday October 16 .... Nice, clean, and friendly, are the adjectives I use when describing this Albertson's. The clientele seems to mainly be the elderly that live in the nearby retirement communities, and it never seems too crowded when I stop in on my way home from work. I've never had an issue with the food I've bought, and have always been satisfied with the service I've received. read more

I am back to write a brief update. Even though parking is more difficult with the additional stores, I still persist in shopping at this grocery store because I prefer the variety of inventory offered at Albertson's. I wish to bid fond farewell to Joey, the assistant manager, who was so very kind to me and willing to go the extra mile to meet my shopping needs. I continue to appreciate the service offered me at this store and am particularly glad that new electric carts have been acquired which I use more frequently these days to accommodate my mobility constraints. read more

It's clean and well stocked. It's not super packed with people which makes shopping there easier. Cashiers can be a little more friendly. Also the Starbucks there closes like 15 min before what they're sign says. read more

I won't shop here anymore because of the panhandlers in the parking lot. I did shop here, weekly, in the past but that's over now. I complained to the manager and he said maybe they'll get ask other businesses if they'd like to chip in for a security guard. Whatever. Like I was the first person that ever complained about that. A couple of things happened at this store that has made decide not to shop here anymore. 1. This past weekend I stopped in this store to pick up a few things. When I went up to the cashier (the receipt said her name was Summer), she was talking to the bagger while ringing up my groceries. After everything was rung up and the receipt was printed, the cashier held the receipt in my direction, but never acknowledge me. No eye contact, no pleasant greeting, no have a nice day, no anything. I felt this was rather rude and decided not to go to this cashier again. 2. On 12/31 I decided to get a few more groceries from this store. First place I went to was the butcher area to get some ground beef. I stood at the butcher area for a few minutes waiting for the young man at the counter to help me. Eventually he asked me what I needed, with an attitude. I responded how much ground beef was left at the counter, because I was going to buy it. The young man asked me again what I needed again, with an attitude. At this point, I had enough of this place. I told the young man to forget about it, I'll go somewhere else, and I left. Seriously, what is wrong with these people at this store? There is a Walmart down the street that sells groceries, there is a food 4 less and a Stater Bros also down the street. There are too many other places to shop at than to deal with rude and disinterested workers at this Albertsons. read more

Why you should never shop at Albertsons in Banning STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! DO NOT BUY! I went in after being a loyal customer there for about 6 months of living out here. I went to return some Keurig cups that I had purchased because we have 2 Keurig machines. I had bought the wrong coffee filter and they had been sitting in my coffee cabinet for a bit. I walked in after cleaning the garage with a baseball cap and some jeans. It should be noted that my tattoos of which I have many were showing. I went to return them and was asked if I had a receipt. I told the clerk no who was helpful then this cannonball of a manager with an attitude problem got involved. She stated, that she wanted to see the item then scanned them and asked when I had purchased them. I said 2 to 3 weeks ago and they were the wrong size. She then asked if I had my credit card I had purchased them with to which I replied no but I have my ID, She then said "your ID won't help me look it up." She went in the backroom where I was then left standing there for 15 minutes while this Nazi Stormtrooper of the Customer service world looked up the items. She then came out and tossed the filter on the counter and said "I won't be returning them. We don't carry them." I replied "Well this is the only place I shop at and you have them." She replied "I won't be returning an item that is $16.99 a piece." I asked "If you don't carry them how do you know they were $16.99?" She replied "I won't be returning them they have them at a different store. Can you show me where you got them?" I replied sure. On the way there she said" it doesn't matter I won't return them without a receipt" She had asked for me to show here. I am sure this little butterball of joy knew they didn't have them in stock at this time but went anyway. On the way there this dialogue happened: Why did you buy 2 of something you didn't know would work? Well we have 2 keurigs so I needed 2 of them. That doesn't make sense to buy 2. Well since they said they would work I assumed they would. I pointed to where I thought they were or where they had been and said this is where they were. She said "well we don't have them now" I then asked "if there was something wrong. Did I do something wrong?" She said o but these are expensive items and she won't return them. I asked for her name and she pointed rudely to her name tag. It was hard to see with her stupidity and glare lingering in the air. She then escorted me out after I asked for her manager and store directors name. I asked again if something was wrong. She stated no just walking you out...... " I said I would be going back to check my bank records she said great see you in a few minutes!. NEVER SHOP THERE YOU WILL BE ACCUSED OF AND TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL! read more

I always shop at Albertsons every week. I was shocked that mother was treated so poorly today at 5:19pm my mother asked to get two tri-tip steaks and asked the butcher if he could slice them for her he rudely refused to do so because he said he cleaned his machine and he's not going to be dirtying it again. What is this world coming to. Not only is that your job but where the hell is your compassion and respect. I will be contacting everyone that needs to be addressed to make sure this service is unacceptable and lazy. Stopped by real quick to pick up flowers and Mina in floral went above and beyond to the point she pulled me from line and changed my flowers out with some fresher ones, and even put them in water for me. I am always here at least 2 to 3 times a week especially when Albertsons has good specials . But I mainly here for the Starbucks in the inside of Albertsons. I love the Starbucks in here cause all of the girl's that work here are so sweet and are so caring and have great customer service, Ashley,Lilly, Yvette, Sarah,Brittany, all these girl's are all very sweet and just so awesome . I love this Starbucks. These girl's always help me and my son out on when we want to know what new flavors are new and good or just what's all in the ingredients in each drink that me and my son get each time we come in . I will always keep coming to Albertsons, it's one of my favorite stores in Beaumont, the reason why is too because this store carries way more different selections then other stores do of a variety of foods and merchandise. read more

There are not many Albertsons supermarket locations nearby where regular grocery shopping is convenient for me. Once in awhile, the ads have very good sales on certain items as most of the prices runs a bit higher than the competitors. What would get me each time is their yearly deal on giving out stamps on purchases toward a nice kitchen item. Last year was Rachel Ray cookware and tableware. This year, it is Cuisinart stainless steel cookware. The enployees are all super friendly from the cart pushers all the way to the cashier and butcher. The store is always clean at this location. Aside from some high prices, I do not have any complaints and would not mind shopping regularly if there was a location closer to me. I understand that they pay their employees pretty decent hence the need for higher cost of groceries. read more

shame on albertsons for there non response to our virus crisis. you could tell the store conditions had deteriorated over the past 6 months probably due to a management change. the employees were no longer engaging customers anymore almost to the point of being unfriendly and in some cases were unfriendly. I was in management for over 30 years had had seen this many times. shame on upper management for not correcting it sooner. once this crisis hit I knew what to expect and unfortunately my inclinations came true. out of all the retail outlets in our community this store came in less than last place.its shamefull. your management team needs to go to a stater brothers mgmt. training seminar. they know how to run a store in a crisis. I live in a senior community of 6000 people across the street from albertsons. I like many of my friends here are done with albertsons. stater brothers is my new choice . they actually showed there best and showed there community that they do care! read more

I have fallen in love with Albertsons again. Now that they have Dietz & Watson Deli selections I will come back at least twice a week. Then I will have to shop for other things too. Best deli in the Pass now. What an improvement. The bakery is outstanding and their seeded Rye Bread is like the good ole NY style bread great toasted and for all kinds of sandwiches. The meat department has great meat products that taste almost like Prime. Terrific place for the best Standing Rib roast around. Other really good meat products. Nick, the meat manager, has been there forever and really knows his business. A really nice guy. Then we have Dyllon(sp) who is so willing to help everyone as much as he can. He really goes out of his way. The other staff is truly great and we are happy to be shopping there again. read more

I stop by here on the way home from work a lot, just to pick up a few items, not to really grocery shop. With Fresh & Easy going out of business, this is the next closet thing before getting home. They are quite expensive, so you won't get the most bang for your buck, but for your basic needs, it does the trick. It's a nice clean store, I don't mind coming here. read more
