He set up two appointments to come fix what hadn't been done and bailed on both of them, no text or call. Matter of fact when I tried reaching out he didn't answer my text or calls. I reached out on Monday and by that evening I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday after I received information about their Silver Package which included a hand wash exterior service and deep clean detailing interior. The service was scheduled at 8:30am and they arrived at 9am, which doesn't bother me at all as I assumed 8:30am was an estimate. I did receive a message around 8:15am about seeing me soon so I at least knew they were on their way. As soon as they arrived, the male and female team got to work and finished around 12:30pm. I was quoted around $200+ from other business for interior only, so the $179 for exterior and interior (for a 3 Row SUV) was the main driver for me! Well worth it, and was able to use Zelle as my payment method. I was initially apprehensive as I couldn't easily find a social media page on their website (not sure if they have one) but given their prompt responses and the Yelp reviews, I'm happy I went with them. I only have one before photo, so I tried to take the picture at the same angle of the center console for comparison along with the rest of their work. For context on what the before was, an 8 year old is in the car daily and there's been 2 14+ hour road trips in the past month alone.

It's had a hard year of little kids and dogs in and out of it. Andrea started my day by sending me pictures of areas with heavy wear, scratches, etc explaining what could and couldn't be addressed but a promise to do her best. I received several more updates throughout the day. Except for the wear spots, the interior looked as good as it did when I bought the vehicle (used) about 6 years ago. It day actually take a day or two of leaving the windows down on the garage for the cloth seats to fully dry. The Mazda SUV is only 9 months old but had gotten quite dirty on the interior (from kids, dogs and snowmaggedon). It really did look good as new when I picked it up. I did have to wait about 15 Minutes for them to finish up even though I'd arrived when instructed. The waiting room offers free Wi-Fi and is air conditioned. It's like they're trying to sell me timeshares or something. Every. Single. Time. While I don't wash my car enough to justify paying per car for a plan I don't need, I politely let the salesperson do their thing because, hey, I'm nice like that. But here's where the experience went south: I specifically asked for the basic wash, but the salesperson apparently decided I deserved more and selected basic plus. Oh, and when she asked about the tip, I said $1--she somehow heard $2. Cool. After vacuuming my car, I thought, "Wait, was I just swindled at the carwash?" So, I went in to chat with the manager. You know, because I figured a business that's been happily taking my money for years might care about overcharging customers. Turns out, no. First, I confirmed that the basic wash should have been $8. I was charged $14. Even with taxes and a $1 tip, the math (see: Texas taxes) just doesn't add up. When I mentioned this to the manager, he smirked--because nothing says 'we care about our customers' like a condescending grin. So here's the deal: If I can't trust this place to charge me correctly for a basic wash, how can I trust them with their "premium" services? It's actions like this that sink businesses. Will anything change? Probably not. But if it does, I'll be fair and post a follow-up. Until then, beware--they'll nickel and dime you, and if you're not paying attention, they'll get away with it.
