I guess they do not need the work but I wanted to add on some tree removal as well. Alas, no follow up. I don't like that I have to put a star rating because there is no work to rate but this rating is for the lack of follow-up. UPDATE: Frank, I understand. Maybe just call or text and say, "I'm super busy but you're still on my radar!" Or something to that effect. I still need to get the work done and I even let you know that it wasn't a big rush so I'm not being impatient, just expected to at least have a follow-up. I work a whole bunch too...but I do try to make room for follow-ups for sure.

He couldn't take care of it and it got out of hand. Frank and his team made it manageable and cleared out the thorny weeds. From the moment I reached out, they responded immediately and were at my property within an hour. That kind of responsiveness and professionalism made a great first impression. They gave me a fair, honest price with no surprises and then exceeded every expectation. The entire team was friendly, hardworking, professional, and incredibly detail-oriented. They didn't just do what they promised--they went above and beyond. They treated my property with care, cleaned everything up, and made sure every detail was completed before they left. I couldn't be happier with the results. Their work ethic, quality, and commitment to doing an outstanding job really show. Hats Off Landscaping has earned my trust, and I will wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional landscaping services. Thank you to the entire Hats Off Landscaping team for a job well done. You truly deserve every one of these five stars!

I appreciated that this company consistently called ahead before visiting the property, which was…read moresomething I specifically requested and valued. However, several issues during the service period made the overall experience challenging. To begin service, I paid a large initial fee, which set the expectation for stable and reliable ongoing maintenance. Despite that, the gardener later attempted to significantly increase the biweekly rate, citing fuel expenses. This was unexpected, especially given the upfront cost I had already paid. There were also repeated issues accessing the backyard because tenants did not leave the gate unlocked, which led to overgrowth and additional work. While I understand the difficulty, communication about these access problems was not consistent. Without timely updates, I couldn't address the issue with the tenants.Sanitation problems were another concern. Dog feces were often left in the yard by the tenants, but again, I wasn't consistently informed, which limited my ability to correct the situation. Additionally, multiple sprinkler heads were damaged during the period of service, something I had never experienced with previous gardeners.Ultimately, the gardener resigned abruptly, citing the access and sanitation issues. While I understand the challenges he faced, the lack of consistent communication and the property damage made the service less reliable than expected.

We…read moreown a home in Arnold, where it can be surprisingly difficult to find contractors who are responsive, professional, and actually follow through. After needing to create some privacy from a neighboring property, we needed fast-growing trees and shrubs. I called Juan over the weekend, explained the project, and sent him some pictures. He immediately understood what we were looking to accomplish and said he could take care of it that week. From that first conversation, he was responsive, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. They installed a completely new sprinkler system with a commercial-grade watering system and fertilizer ports, removed old debris and stumps, prepared the entire area, and even repurposed rocks we already had on the property to create a beautiful border around the new landscaping. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and communication. He sent pictures and videos throughout the day and kept me updated on every decision. At one point, after laying everything out, he felt the design needed one additional tree to balance the space, so he went and picked one up. That kind of attention and pride in the finished product is rare. We expected this to be about a week-long project, but Juan and his team completed everything in one day and it was done beautifully. We aren't full-time residents in Arnold, so I had to put a tremendous amount of trust in Bella View team. Based entirely on Juan'scommunication and professionalism, I felt completely comfortable letting him handle the project without being there for a final walkthrough. He exceeded our expectations. I honestly cannot recommend Juan and his team enough. If you are looking for a landscaping team that is professional, responsive, hardworking, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about doing the job right, look no further. On top of that, they created a beautiful surprise succulent garden in the work area, which was such a thoughtful and creative touch. Juan clearly has a strong eye for design. He was intuitive and knowledgeable about the flow of the yard, and it showed in every decision. The team took their time to make everything look just right, from artistically arranging the rocks to carefully weaving the climbers into place. Beyond the quality of the work, the entire team was friendly, polite, and respectful throughout the process. It truly felt like they cared about the final result as much as we did. We will absolutely be doing business with Juan and his team again. Highly recommend.

The back of my backyard butts up against the street and they really was no dirt for the rock to sit on. Javier knew to put dirt and fill that area so the new rock would not fall out between my property and the rear fence. After the winter, all the rock started coming out the back of the property onto the street because Javier never put any dirt underneath it where he was supposed to. I sent him photos and asked him if he would fix this and he denied it and said that he put dirt there when you can clearly see there is no dirt there. Now all the rock is falling out. After he told me he put the dirt there I went and really looked again really hard and already knew there was none there and then sent the video showing Javier that there was no dirt.
