Just crazy..... they must have too much work. From reviews posted, they appear to specialize in leaky toliet & faucet repairs anyways and not any jobs bigger than that. PS. Decided to get a second opinion as I did not feel real confident with the tech. Mr. Rooter dispatch was so pleasant and sent Konrad out to investigate. He actually got through the problem with very little effort and put us at easy. He was punctual, very neat and tidy and also did free plumbing inspection. He also left us with info on how to care for the drains so we do not have another occurrence. I was extremely happy and grateful.
