My home Furnace was down one day before New year and I called few companies and few of them came to…read morecheck and everyone was giving 1 to 2 weeks time to replace the furnace. When I Called Santatek Mr. Shibu asked me to provide the brand name and model number of the furnace before they come to check and then when they came to check they knew that they can't repair the furnace and it needs to replace. Shibu was ready with the quote for few brands that was available immediately in the market so I chose one from the list and they replaced it same day. meanwhile they provided portable heaters for us and it was -38 out side. And the quote he provided was lower than the other companies. Santatek provided a Fast, friendly and professional service for us, I really recommend them.

Our furnace stopped heating the house and I was redirected from our closed (Saturday evening)…read moreutility provider to call ATCO for a service/repair person, 16 hours later I was advised of a specific part needed and left a detailed information ticket, telling us to call for a repair by another company. Called 5 different companies and the only return call for a repair was from the company Santatek. Gave the information left by the ATCO's ticket and they said the would get back to us the next day with a price quote as it was a Sunday and Lennox was closed and the furnace needed a Lennox part. He called us back before noon the next day with the quote, he already had the part and said he would be here in less than 4 hours. He arrived with a lovely smile, the part in hand and he was quick to change it out as per ATCO's findings. The furnace turned on and stayed for for about 5 minutes, he left and then a few minutes later it stopped again. I waited a bit thinking it was just taking a quick break for the furnace possibly adjusting, and decided to turn the furnace up to 30 as the house could be warmer still. The furnace did not come back on. I called him back and I explained it was not turning back on. He said he would be back quickly to see what was going on. He found the sensor to be dirty, wiped it clean and the furnace has been working wonderfully since. He did not ask for anything extra for doing this and he deserved more than a thank you. He has my heart felt appreciation for coming back right away. The repair man was knowledgeable and kindly advised about the sensor. He advised of a few other things to be aware of if some of the vents are closed. He has a true desire to do a great job, making sure we were completely satisfied, well informed and asked if we have any other issues to please call him back.
