Review for Sierra Capital Mortgage - Linda Wilcox…read more We recently worked with Linda Wilcox at Sierra Capital Mortgage and I can't say enough great things about her. From the very beginning of our home search, Linda was incredibly kind, empathetic, and genuinely invested in our success. Throughout a very competitive buying environment, she was consistently responsive, patient, and creative in exploring every possible solution. I truly believe that we were able to secure our townhome in Sierra Madre because of her willingness to think outside the box and advocate for us proactively. Linda not only guided us through each step with clarity and care, but she also truly understood the emotional and financial weight of the decisions we were making. Her combination of professional expertise and human kindness made all the difference. I would highly recommend Linda and Sierra Capital Mortgage to anyone looking for a partner in the home buying process. She helped make what could have been an overwhelming experience feel hopeful and achievable--and we're so grateful.

As an escrow officer locally for over 40 years, of every mortgage broker my mom ever worked with (& she worked with a ton!) she was most impressed by Loanda. Having had the pleasure of working with Loanda & Roland aka Rolend on multiple transactions, my wife & I personally attest to their knowledge, insight, care, value & expertise. It's no surprise Sierra Capital has been voted Best/Reader Recommended Mortgage Broker by Pasadena Weekly for the last 11 years straight, 2013-2024. Wishing you continued success, Loanda & Rolend!

5 star BUT do your homework/ shop around . But for the most part these guys are pretty ok. I…read morepersonally don't love all their staff members. They speak professionally in a "back handed compliment kinda of way". I read someone indicating this place has "terrible customer services" - well, its that persons own fault - they sould have done their homework and knew EXACTLY what they wanted before coming in. (the people who work here are not paid enuf to give a damn. ) And be ready for EVERYTHING TO TAKE FOREVER. No one working here has a sense of time or ugency. But I do like the little robot dude

I am closing my accounts with Logix because of how they handled a clear $100 merchant overcharge…read more Dino's Main St. charged me $114.70 for a cheeseburger combo that cost $14.70. I provided Logix with the original itemized receipt showing the correct amount and explained that the merchant's documentation only showed the inflated charge. It did not provide an itemized receipt, explain the extra $100, or show that I authorized it. I specifically asked Logix to obtain an itemized receipt from the merchant. Instead, they denied the dispute again and sent me the same irrelevant documentation they had already provided the first time. A document showing that a merchant processed a charge is not proof that the charge was valid. Logix never addressed the actual discrepancy. They simply accepted the merchant's assertion and ignored the evidence I provided. I was also told that if I disputed the charge again, I could face a fee of up to $500. Whether that warning was poorly explained or intended to discourage me from continuing, it destroyed what little trust I had left. After this experience, I do not trust Logix to protect its members or conduct a serious investigation when a merchant dispute requires more than checking a box. I am transferring my money elsewhere and closing the account.
