The main reason we hired him was because of a wet spot on the molding on one of the windows. He completed the roof and then removed the siding to seal around the two windows. With the siding removed, he determined that sealing the windows was impossible for a reason that I didn't understand. Needless to say, the first rainstorm there was major leaking around the window that did not leak before the roofing job. I called Jim who was supposed to be out before noon on Thursday but he never showed up. I called him about four times and left messages with no response. Then the next day he called me and said that sealing around the windows was not part of the job that he had agreed to. So much for customer service! I just had put one in and was very impressed with NICK the founder, taking personal investment of time to set up my very tight deadline requirements and making sure it was met even in one of the most challenging weather conditions. They wore boot covers over their shoes and were respectful of keeping my house . Doug installed the fan and was very neat and cleaned up. Another person installed the sump pump clear cover. I will update this review in a couple of months to reflect any changes in the installed system. Awaiting Radon official testing to be competed but my initial test with a digital tester was 14 pCi / l . EPA's suggested limit -- 4.0 pCi / l (picu curies per liter of air) -- is equivalent to smoking half a pack of cigarettes a day. I recommend in considering a Radon Mitigator, MAKE SURE you get both liability and workman's comp. Nick was very prompt in providing both!
