I feel sorry for people who buy their homes w/o inspections or use an inspector like the ones that I've used in the past. I had no idea that this is how it should be done... The house that I ended up purchasing was inspected by Adam for the SELLER before he put it on the market. I was BLOWN AWAY by the extensive amount of detail, pictures, and the summary + explanation of issues to address immediately, or in the near future, that was in Adam's report. It was clearly evident that Adam had gone through the house with a "fine-toothed comb" and disclosed even minor issues. I've purchased a few homes before, and received a checklist-type report a few pages long, no pics, no recommendations or explanations, once even after an inspector went through an entire 4,000sqft house in only an hour with my husband. Worthless. After I purchased the house, Adam actually went through the entire report with me (since it was done pre-sale for the seller), while going through the house and explaining everything clearly and thoroughly.
