Definitely an upscale place for bowling and mini golf. We went on a weekday so no issues with waiting except for mini golf. If there's a large group in front of you, you have to wait for them to progress through each challenge before you can move on to the next hole. A bit annoying but the course was beautiful and interactive. Bowling lanes were really nice and had different options for playing the game. Drinks were good. Staff was very friendly and attentive. We ended up here because we were naive enough to think the Top Golf waitlist wouldn't be 4 hours on a Saturday afternoon.... fortunately, when driving out of the entertainment plaza, we saw Albatross and decided to walk in to see what this place was all about. Well it's a combination of mini golf, bowling, eating, and drinking. When you enter, you enter into a large circular bar area with tables as well for people to eat. We got here around 3:30, so people were gathered around the bar for drinks mostly. Some people were eating food, but didn't really see what it was about. We opted for the mini golf 18 holes, which was $44/person. Here are my thoughts about it: 1) It's quite a lot of money for 18 holes. Because it's indoors, you're not even getting any complicated holes either. They're pretty small, though they have their own little themes to them. 2) As mentioned above, each hole has a theme and challenge to it. Reading the board before swinging is key. Little tricky to get the highest number of points, but at least it's fun and challenging. 3) Be prepared to wait in long lines. It took us at least 30 minutes to even start golfing because it's quite easy to get stuck behind a large group of people. There's a couple holes in the front 9 that eat up a lot of time too, so you're somewhat stuck in line. That's the only bummer as the wait can be unpredictable. 4) I wish the front 9 and back 9 were connected as it was a bit annoying waiting in line twice. 5) All in all, you spend less time playing golf than you do waiting in line. Had so much fun! We came early evening on a Monday and had a drink at the bar before hitting the bowling portion. The drinks were strong and tasty, we chose a spicy mango marg and a black salt cherry marg. We got a bbq chicken half pizza and it filled 2 of us up. Bowling was so fun, there are different game mode you can select and other options to customize your game. As soon as we were done the staff came and cleaned up the lanes. The bowling alley looks nice, trendy and upscale. The mini golf holes are cool, but the course seems small and more of an afterthought. Speaking of afterthoughts the restaurant seems to also be an afterthought as it is small with a limited menu. I had the loaded nachos which were good. The fries were also good, but the sliders were just meat and bread. No toppings. I've seen better at regular local bowling alleys. The bar area is big and I can see that it will double as a dance floor on weekends (This was confirmed by the staff). I just expected more the way that it was being advertised. read more

By the fifth hole the computer that was supposed to keep track of our scores, stopped working. The point of this mini golf game is to see who gets the highest score! It just got worse as we played. Was really excited to come here but left super disappointed in the place. Let me start with the food and drinks. Drinks were good but service was slow. At one point, it took almost 25 minutes for 2 drinks and the bar wasn't that busy so I was surprised it took that long. They had 2 bartenders working for a Sunday evening, no issues with that but it took forever to get them to come over. The food was good. We had wagyu mini burger and fries. They were delicious. Would rate taste high though pricey. You come in and they let you buy mini golf when you walk in so we opted to do all 18 holes. That comes out to $44 and is absolutely not worth the price in my opinion. They're broken up into 2 different 9 hole courses. The first course, we waited in line maybe 45+ minutes to start. The course was fine but I was expecting more interaction. They look nice but I wouldn't rate it high in terms of the actual courses. It took us about another 30 minutes to get through the 9 holes. I would say if there was no one in front of us, we would have been done in maybe 15 minutes. It was the waiting around for the people in front of us to finish up. There aren't any times separating groups, it's just first come first serve so you could be behind 5 groups of 4 people and be waiting awhile. Each hole, you have to sign into the screen with your group name and "pin." The holes are not really based on strokes but really how quickly you can get done so it takes away the fun. When we were done, the next 9 holes was at least another hour plus wait according to staff. It was already 10:00 pm and I didn't want to leave there at midnight while waiting around for mini golf. The place is flashy but honestly would not recommend. Could be coordinated better. I've been to a puttshack recently and I thought the system they used was the same as this one but I was sad to see this one was worse and really just based on how quickly you can get done to get the most points. The staff even mentioned if we didn't get to the second course, they would give us a voucher to come back within 30 days since we already paid. So, they already know the wait times for this place are ridiculous and people won't get through them all. I wish I didn't waste my money on buying 18 holes up front. And started with just 9 and went back and bought another 9 later if I wanted since it's the same price either way. I wouldn't recommend to a friend based on this experience. read more

This place is not what you want it to be. It's not mini golf, in their defense they never claimed that it was. They keep the "putt" holes hidden until after you pay and you're on the "course", so you can't back out until it's too late. The course is basically a long line with activities along the way. You don't keep score based on how many strokes you take, it's based on how quickly you can put the ball in the hole. Most of the activities are visually pleasing, it looks very neat. But it's not really a game, it's stupid. I feel bilked out of $88, I couldn't wait to be done with it. There was an even longer wait to get on the back 9 so we decided to forego it and leave. Place is so modern and feels like Vegas. Albatross is a new entertainment complex right next to Top golf, I fly, supercharge, Tios restaurant, and Tommy's Tavern. Love the decor. It's definitely a Vibe when u first walk in. They do have security to check your bags. Staff up front is very helpful in assisting with what to do next. The place was lit for week 1. There A lot of moving parts. They have really cool putting areas, center Bar area, the bowling alley, and a sit-down restaurant. We had to reserve bowling at the kios. My party of 5 did $44ea per for 2 hrs. And we added the $5 shoes along with $22 9hole putting. Its pricey but they do have to recoup their money for this decor. The wait time was 1 hr. Now, when I first asked the front desk how long for bowling 10min prior to the using the kios, he told me 5 to 10min. So fine we had to wait 1 hour. He said it filled up that fast. We went to the bar. Had to stalk seating. It was packed. Sat down at the bar, bartender put napkins down and came back 20min later. It's not a regular drink what u want kind of bar. They have specialty drinks. I had a blackberry Margarita. Wasn't tasty, but presented as if the drink was yummy.. Drinks took another 15min. They should really have sections at the bar for each bartender so no one is missed. I order Calamari... now the food wasn't good. Our wings came out cold, and the Calamari taste frozen. Food came out within another 15 20 min. Our bowling reservation was ready. There is another desk you go to pick up shoes and a host will walk you to a lane. The kios process was really easy. The bowling alley is a club with lanes. U can eat food and drink as well. It comes with a server. The bowling balls are really easy to choose in the middle of the walk way, they are in order by weight, which made it easier. We didnt have to go on a scavenger hunt for a ball. The lanes have large screens, so it's really hard to aim and see when the lights are flashing. I do like Bowlero alley better. The pins are on strings. Its seemed harder to get a strike. Service at the lanes started strong. But ended horribly. Our second round of drinks literally took 1 hour. The food came out quickly. Buffalo pizza and wings. The parm fries were actually good though. The blue cheese on the pizza kept throwing my taste buds off. 2 hrs to bowl seemed long when ur thirsty. Still hungry and can't see when u bowl. We wrapped that up and then went to our putting reservation. We walked up to the post, and they said it's going to be a 40min wait. That's when things went from tired to upset. We entered the building and paid at 726pm. By the time we finished our other activity it's was 1015pm. We did not want to wait. No one told us we had to put our name on the key pad at the putting station before or after we bowled. We were tired and frustrated at this point. There are 2 putting stations. 18 holes all together. The one we paid for, we couldn't get in. It was too crowded. So after talking to management. They let us enter the other 9 hole putting area. They had space with no wait. Putting was cool EXCEPT that you have to wait for ur whole team b4 proceeding to the next putting challenge. U try getting a hole in one tipsy , hungry and tired. 5 of us. It took 50min for us to finish putting. The kios provide your team with codes. To move things along so others aren't waiting... individuals in a team who have completed a challenge should be able to proceed to the next putting station. Just click on our team and if our name is highlighted, we can go because we already completed the previous hole. The ladies room was really cute and clean. Lastly, they do have a cute boomerang FREE picture photo booth near the bathrooms, which is a different addition most places do not have Overall. Do one thing... not both at one time. Sheesh. I will have to go again with more core friends, but after that, I won't go again. Nice decor though. read more

Everything was great last night except for one little issue. I'm assuming the DJ might have been late or delayed getting on set. It seems like an employee took it upon themselves to provide music. Their music was not well received. They were playing trap music and you can tell the crowd was not feeling the music. The DJ arrived and all was well again. She's like the kitchen said it came out. Not only that all the activities were sold out and we kept going back to the kiosk to see if any availability for bowling or golfing. We left at 11:30 and still no availability even though there were empty lanes on the bowling area and one of the attendance tells us just go to the kiosk. I visited this spot for the 1st time for a date night last night. Upon entry, my date and I were thoroughly impressed by the music playing, being greeted by the staff and the decor. The ambiance and vibe was amazing. The design layout and idea for this venue I felt is ideal and much needed. It's like an adult version of Dave & Buster's, but with way more style and razzle dazzle. I appreciate the concept and kudos to the owners for their creative genius and vision. We sat at the side tables by the bar area. Our server, KASSANDRA was nothing short of AMAZING SAUCE!!!!! When i tell you this young lady went above and beyond to make our 1st experience pleasant and memorable, she is definitely the reason behind us wanting to return. Walked in, went through metal detectors, saw that it was 44$ per person to play putt putt, continued in and then saw you had to stand in a long line to even access the putt putt course, decided to go try to eat, sat at a table for 25 minutes without a server even coming to get drinks, while watching the servers walk around and dance and then go sit at a table together and talk. Multiple walked by us and never even stopped at our table. They eventually asked if anyone helped us, we said no, then they asked what we wanted and they needed credit card upfront upon ordering food. The food is standard deep fried. I got a 10$ strawberry lemonade. Not sure what part of the experience is incentivizing anyone to come back besides the loud club music and drunken debauchery at the bar. read more

To just preface, this place just opened and I do have the full understanding of running a business and its potential opening issues, however I would have given place a higher rating even with all the little funny, interesting, mishaps my friend and I had during our visit. 1. Greeting/Customer Service (walking in) - This is actually the reason I would have given this place a higher rating, the greeting and customer service from the staff were great; from walking in to the front counter, the staff were friendly, helpful and gave clear instructions of where to go and how to get around the new venue. I had no issues here at all. 2. Putt - Front 9 - We paid $44 for 2x people for the Front 9. The staff managing the game were friendly and good at explaining how the technology worked and what was to be expected. However, this is NOT the same as mini-golf that you would find at "Monster golf" or any outdoor mini-golf venue. This is a new digitized version where you and your group take a turn hitting the ball as FAST as you can into the hole. As soon as your ball makes contact into the hole, a timer stops and you get a score based on your trajectory of the ball and how quickly you got it in. A little gimmicky in my opinion. So the turns are actually quite "quick". A few times during our game, the game glitched out and/or the ball got stuck in places that it usually shouldn't but overall the staff was able to solve it and was a good laugh. Overall, would not probably come to play it again. 3. Bowl - Friend and I decided to try out bowling since the Putt-ing was very quick and we were done in less than 25-30minutes. Bowling is a little pricier than a normal bowling alley. Paid about $65 for 2x people for 1 hour and 2x shoes rental ($10/ea?). This is where things went a little weird. The lanes were not the normal lanes with free standing pins but were the string held pins which don't quite fall right like the normal bowling alleys we were used to. Also the lanes do not have great oil patterns because trying to do any bowling curve wasnt possible as the whole lane was just slicked out. In any case, this was not the experience that we were looking for. After 5-10m of deciding this wasnt what we were expecting, we decided to see if we could ask for a refund or anything they could do. We went back to the counter and spoke with a manger who proceeded to give us a very nasty attitude about the legitimacy of the lanes and gas lighted us into making us feel like we had to own up to having a bad experience for OUR FIRST TIME at their establishment during their OPENING week. Look, we spent the money, dont care if we didnt get it back but the manager who spoke to us was very unprofessional and now left a bad taste about this establishment even after all the things we went thru. (manager: no name, 10pm on Thursday for bowling, male) Overall: Other than that bowling manager that was providing terrible customer service, we found the place to be interesting but just not enticing enough to go again. Highly suggest to go Top Golf or Supercharged or even iFly next door. 1/5 on Yelp for that one manager's poor customer handling skills 3/5 for overall because every other staff that was there was great. read more
