Sarah has spent years studying a variety of different massage techniques to include Thai, Chinese Accu-Pressure, Swedish, Relaxation, Reflexology and others and has taken the best parts of each and interwoven them into her own distinct style. I had come into the office after working a wildfire mitigation project and I was beat up. Neck, shoulders, back, legs and feet had all been impacted by the hard strenuous work in the field and having not lived here, I was looking for a therapy who could treat an out of town client in a short period of time before flying out. Southwest Wellness came up as a business who provided prompt response times which I needed and she did. I called to leave a voicemail and it said that texting would be the most time effective way to get a response which I did. After making my massage inquiry and being accepted as a client, I was on the table in a couple of hours. Sarah is an extremely pleasant individual who shows care for the individual therapeutic needs of her clients. She discusses issues and then goes right to work on them. Southwest Wellness offers 60 or 90 minutes sessions, I chose the 90 minute session. Sarah then proceeded to apply various massage techniques to my entire body. The foot reflexology is outstanding and she went through a variety of accu-pressure and stretching movements to loosen up my legs and back. Her techniques were actually able to work stubborn areas of my body that no other technician has ever been able to accomplish. Hands down - one of the absolute best massages I have ever had in my life. If you need customized massage therapy, Southwest Wellness and Sarah should be who you call first. You will not regret it.
