I don't do a lot of reviews, but I've had a very negative experience with one trophy store and a…read morevery positive experience with the other. This was the positive one. I'm the athletic director at a small school in western Alaska and I have to order sports trophies from time to time. I found this store online, picked the trophies I wanted, and placed the order. Soon after, the owner called or emailed (I can't remember which), letting me know she was traveling, but that she would get on it first thing when she got back. We discussed the timeline and it seemed like a closer shave than I was hoping for but I agreed. I think this is a very small, 1-person operation. It all went just as she promised. I had the trophies I requested more than a week ahead of time, even though she was traveling for the first several days after I submitted the order, and they shipped USPS priority mail which is exactly what I requested, and the price was less than we expected going into it, and everyone really liked the trophies. No spelling errors or anything on the engravings. I will order from this store in the future for sure.

I was actually surprised at his level of involvement as he did not actually need to help me. In addition, whenever I get the prices for my pieces I'm always shocked at how inexpensive their embroidery is. Thanks to their customer service, great prices and awesome quality, I'll continue using TNT Sports & Logowear.

The constant back and forth via email to ask single questions was very obnoxious. With all of the back and forth there was lots of documentation regarding the design, font and placement of the mugs I had laser engraved. When I received my product there were errors made. I notified the staff whose response was "sorry". The body language said to drop it. So I did. But they shanked the design on a product that was valued at hundreds of dollars. They met the deadline but they seem understaffed. I wouldn't completely avoid them but they certainly won't be my first choice if I have other options.

She then tries to tell me that they were done earlier that week and said they sent an email. I never received an email. Basically she lied to me.
