This was my second trip to the establishment just to get in the door, because their hours of operation are 10-5, Mon-Fri. After being told for 20 minutes about what they will NOT do, I found that I had to fill out the form at the desk, while she shuffled papers LOUDLY. I had to continuously ask what specific font, what size, etc., and she handed me a ruler to measure out my own work. She wouldn't lift a finger for me. At a certain point you could tell she wanted me to go away, because she said, "you know you can do all of that online." I guess she's not used to human interaction. When I finally asked if there's a proof of the work, she responds, "yeah, that's why we ask for your email." At that point I was laughing at how horrible the experience was already. So when I asked a few more questions to clarify the proof, she says, "We charge more if you want more than one proof." That was it for me. I just took back my materials and I'll send it down to the Lower 48 to get it done. I don't think I've ever had to fight so hard to try to do business with someone!
