Cool little UPS store, first time being there and the young lady at the register named Skyler was…read morevery polite and had great customer service skills. She actually was engaging with me throughout the whole transaction and after. I asked her how her day was going, and she actually was sincere with me and said she was getting things accomplished first thing in the morning, even though she's been having customers back to back, which I found that refreshing considering a lot of people these days and Customer Service just say, I'm here or just another day at work. Thank you, Skyler for your great customer service skills and making me feel welcomed. I pray you get paid more than minimum wage because you deserve it..!! Suggestion to the owner... I wish you would at least put the holiday stuff on clearance I was told nothing ever goes on sale or clearance here because I asked because I was looking to buy something's from the passed holiday...

They refused to print out one single image claiming it was copyrighted. Even after discussing the…read moreissue with an employee and confirming there wasn't any proof whatsoever that the image was copyrighted, they still wouldn't print it because it showed on the reverse Google search. Again, no watermarks, no info in meta data, no copyright whatsoever. I support their policy on not printing copyrighted material, but this was not it. Regardless, I chose to have my order refunded and after my refund was processed I thank them anyway. In turn, I was not offered a "you're welcome", "have a nice day" or anything else. Refusing service is inconvenient, but not worth one star. Unprofessional employees, however, and lack of good service deserve zero stars.
