Apex found that the other shop had not done the work they had charged us far, and Apex took the time to itemize for us what they could see was wrong with the other shop's bill. Now, on a second, unrelated call, they are getting my vehicle in within 24-hours of my call. They do quality work and actually care about their customers. I am so happy I found them!

This is a small town business that appears to have a loyal customer base that keeps them running…read more I have not seen them advertise around town, on the radio or in any newspapers, so that contributes to the indication that they are mostly self-sustaining from a solid customer base. Either that or they charge more than other locations, but I cannot make that claim since I have no context off which to base it. I brought two ATVs here recently to receive an annual service since the last owner took very good care of them, but never had them serviced because he put so few miles on them. I had batteries replaced, oil changed and a general tune-up - all told, it cost about $600, with the batteries and tune up costing the majority of the bill. The owner was very friendly and I think he does all the work himself, which is comforting because he appears to know his stuff. I'll be back for services again sometime - I think he'll take great care of my machines.
