After not having been in the new store, nor the other in almost a year, we walked in and Mike acknowledged us by name straight away! Thats worth the extra little bit we may pay for OEM materials when purchasing through them. Personally, when you spend the kind of money you do when buying a tractor, OEM is worth the cost and taking shortcuts tends to be problematic. When we originally purchased, we were both given a hat and while that didn't seem like much, it's appreciated and free advertising for them... can't say that for any of the car nor ATV dealerships in the area. I was even given a second, more feminine hat this past summer when my husband went to pick something up. The new location is great, very spacious with several items indoors, rather than out on the lot. If you're new to tractors and it's the middle of winter, it's nice to be indoors for the introduction, rather than walking the lot. The new lot is also huge and it appears they've really added a lot to their physical inventory on hand, so less waiting for things to arrive. While I can't speak for everyone, some are harder to please than others or have had poor experiences, we have not. We have recommended others to ESI numerous times, and will continue to do so!

After a quick search for a local vendor for a tractor implement that we have, I found Dave's Tractor and we gave them a call. We were prepared with item numbers and such for what we needed and received a call back a short while later with a quote and availability. They were willing to remove the additional parts from the implement they had in stock to sell us and order again for themselves. Not only this, they took a credit card over the phone and since they weren't going to be at the shop, Dave was nice enough to meet up with me elsewhere to pick up the teeth. Easy peasy! We won't hesitate to contact them again if the need arises and I highly recommend giving them a call for tractor/implement needs!

My yard grass is overgrown, I am out $500, and I am going to have to hire someone to cut my grass because there's no telling how much longer I am going to have to wait to have my "top of the line" mower fixed. W.E. Deming, "Father of Quality Management" said that 94% of all company problems are caused by management. It appears that CT management needs some additional training. Consumer Beware.
