As a passenger traveling in First Class (seat 1F), I approached the gate when Priority boarding was announced. Upon doing so, I was addressed by the gate agent in an unprofessional manner and told that it was not my boarding group. When I attempted to clarify that First Class was included in the current boarding announcement, the interaction remained confrontational rather than helpful. Furthermore, the boarding instructions provided over the PA system were confusing; the agent conflated multiple groups, including those requiring special assistance and Priority/First Class passengers, which led to unnecessary tension at the gate. I believe that mutual respect is essential in customer service, and I was disappointed by the dismissive attitude displayed by this staff member. I trust that you will address this matter to ensure that future passengers receive more professional and clear communication during the boarding process. It is always the African American lady at any airline with a bad attitude.

All three times the flights were delayed at last minute and no reason was given. There wasn't even a representative from Avelo to let us know what was going on. Definitely wasn't a weather issue at either departing or arriving city. First the flight was delayed an hour, then 2 hours, and now it's been 3 hours with absolutely no estimation given of when we'll be able to board. Also, similar to frontier you have to pay extra to bring a carry on. This airline is absolutely not worth it, even for direct flights. Spare yourself the wasted days and don't book with this airline.

Same as always, I am mystified why the back of the planes are never boarded first. Having to walk and bump people 30 rows? Annoying! I get it, you want your first class to feel special. Along with the other EIGHT classes of people they board. If you are not sky miles, comfort plus, first class, business class, gold star, military, disabled, with kids/strollers, and a couple more classes (platinum plus, platinum lol) you are stuck there forever. But as for me, I'd APPRECIATE sitting in the terminal longer than on a crowded disease inflicted claustrophobic plane? But hey charge you 100 or 1000 extra for 2" of leg room or seat width and boarding so early you have to sit there bored out of your skull must be alluring. I will never get that! They also provided only water or coffee on the early flights (a soda would have been nice), well at least my flight. They are also very expensive for the comfort+ seating compared to a few years ago. Every flight was also overbooked or either filled to the max from people who had cancelled flights. There is more I could say but I am hoping this was a fluke week of traveling but if it keeps like this, I/ will start checking out other airlines. The positive was that the flight attendants and employees were polite and helpful.

That differentiation has been intentionally removed by corporate leadership, and your new process, frankly, stinks. I've flown twice in your new process: the boarding takes much longer, and there is no difference for Southwest from any other airline. It's not the flight team. The folks I saw were doing their best. Why? You out-thought yourselves and sanitized away a great experience. The Baggage Service agent in CHS was pleasant and helpful.  My best baggage service experience ever.  She located my bag at BWI, had it put on the next flight to CHS, and arranged for it to be delivered to me the next morning.  I received it at 7:45.
