We looked for one contractor to take over the security system at our facility. Doors with access control, panic Bars, CCTV, and locks. We wanted to leave nothing from the older system. Everything new with one company that know everything about the system. So we got in touch with Essential, and I will let the photos talk and show what they did. I Last will thank Isaac, Jose and the office team for all they did for us. Thank you.

I am really impressed with every aspect of their service. I even referred my sister (Referrals are the best form of flattery for a business, right?!). Another plus is that they are VERY inexpensive compared to other security specialists in Brooklyn. Definitely recommend! P.s. Essential Security Systems will work with your preinstalled alarm system! That was definitely convenient for me and saved us ton of money!!

He took the time to visit my residence and provide me with a reasonable cost for my security camera upgrade. From the outset of meeting Mr. Paez, he exudes a knowledgeable and professional presence. Throughout the upgrade process, Mr. Paez kept me abreast of my alternatives and listened to my concerns. On the day of installation, he arrived on time and began to work immediately, and at the conclusion, I was beyond pleased with the outcome. My residence was left organized and clean as he found it, and he took the time to explain the features of this new system. Furthermore, he reassured me that if I should encounter any issues, I should not hesitate to contact him. In addition, as a side note, as he installed my system, a neighbor remarked on how professional the work looked. I would have no reservations about highly recommending Solomon's Security Solutions for any security needs.

I purchased a fairly sophisticated alarm system from Mitchell over two years ago. I initially…read morereached out to him because I wanted more than the "2 doors and 1 motion detector" intro package offered by the national chains. Mitchell came to my home and we spent hours designing a system including not only all of the typical stuff such as door and window sensors and motion detectors, but also glass break monitors and water alarms for the laundry room and sump pump areas. Mitchell did not "sell" any of this stuff to me. I asked for it and we designed an excellent system together. The reason that I am writing the review today is because this is the first time that I have spoken to Mitchell in over two years. I received an alert on my control pad that a battery was low and I didn't know which device needed the new battery. I called Mitchell on his cell phone. He picked up on the second ring. I had the battery in a drawer and he identified the device and walked me through the battery change over the phone. This tells you a couple of things: 1. The equipment that Mitchell sold to me over 2 years ago works without issue. I literally have had not spoken to him in over 2 years because I have NEVER had a problem. My big problem today was that I needed a new battery. I'm OK with that. 2. Mitchell answers his phone. He is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Mitchell is a good guy. He knows what he is doing and he sells good stuff. I recommend him without hesitation.

He suggested we troubleshoot over the phone before sending a technician to my house. Since the equipment is old, he had to send a technician after all. While I was waiting for the technician to arrive, I fiddled with the settings and ended up resolving the issue on my own. What really stood out to me was the honesty--both Mitchell and the technician could have easily said I needed new equipment or upgrade or unnecessary work, but instead they were supportive and completely upfront. Very fair, trustworthy, and refreshing to deal with a company that operates with integrity. Highly recommend for your security needs!
