I went to get an oil change and tire rotation, first the lift was at a tilt when they performed the rotation so many things wrong about this! Then after the oil change was completed my car wouldn't start. I was already fuming in my car with the way they did the tires then to have my car not start what BS! I got really pissed asked what were they doing with my car then claimed that my battery was dead. No it was fine, they must have disconnected something then tried to blame me for getting upset and using foul language! Instead of just owning up to the issue. Then top it all off as I drove off into the parking lot my hub cap came off! Will never go back to this location again! Literally the worst! If half star was an option I'd give that instead.

I've needed an air suspension sensor for my truck and it got held up due to the UAW strike but he's always kept me in the loop as to when I can expect it. NOT SO FAST OLD MAN! The good folks at Sullivan told me the tire couldn't be repaired because the screw was too close to the sidewall. What they didn't know is that I knew exactly where the screw was. It was well within the tread. But they REALLY wanted to help with my problem, and offered to sell me one tire, for nearly $400. Installed I assume, or maybe not. So, I took my leak elsewhere. Got it repaired for $40 and made a friend. The man has been in the tire business for decades, and just shook his head when I told him the story. Here's the thing: I never begrudge a man a day's pay, but do not try to take advantage of me. I'm too old and I worked too f***ing hard for my pension to get porked because the rubber merchants had a slow day. Sullivan Tire will reply, bleating their side of the story. And that's fine. It ended up being a head gasket that was causing my issue. I ended up doing the head gasket myself. When I pulled the lower intake, I found the gasket was never done. Even after I showed them pictures they still said it was changed. I have been running an industrial maintenance shop for 30 years. I know what is new and what is not. I think I am going check my thermostat and see if that was even done.
