Dr. Frame is the best. He and his staff are always so nice and always see me right on time. I never have to spend time in the waiting room past my appointment start time. Their office is always clean and well kept. Each chair softly massages your back while you're getting your work done and there's a personal TV where you can watch whatever you want on Netflix. It even swivels to the ceiling when they lean your chair back so you can still watch. It makes going to the dentist completely bearable. read more

Dr. Frame is the best, not only for his expertise but also for his great rapport with his customers. I had a sizable gap in between my two upper front teeth. I was told before by other dentists that Invisalign would not work for me. Dr. Frame made it work. I had the Invisalign for less than a year. The gap is completely gone. Also, He has a great sense of humor that is the relaxant you need while laying on that dentistry chair. I had my baby boy with me who started crying. Dr. Frame's fatherly side kicked in. He was patient and understanding. His humor helped calm my mommy nerves. He had one of his employees, Julie, come tend to my baby. How gracious. We got hit with a huge bill from this office. We were assured that the deep cleaning would be authorized by insurance and went ahead and did it. It was not authorized because their UR panel felt it was unnecessary. My teeth are very hot/cold sensitive now after the procedure and we had to pay the huge bill. If you come here, do not have big procedures done until you have talked to your insurance to make sure they will pay for it! Don't take the staff's word for it that it's a sure thing to be covered, that was my mistake. read more

I read numerous good reviews, so I decided to ask Dr.Frame to provide me with a lower partial denture. He was nice and he tried to entertain, but he could provide me with an adequate partial. So I found a new dentist, and got a second partial. Now I have a partial that looks nice, feels good, and it's functional i.e. I can eat with a partial in my mouth. I give 5 star rating to Dr. Frame's dental hygienist. She is superb. read more

I went to Dr Frame's office hoping to make them my new dentist. Everyone there was super friendly. I had some work done by Dr Dave, the monthly periodontist. He did a great job. One thing that I didn't like about the office is that my insurance wasn't accepted there. I was really upset that I wasn't told in advance about my insurance. I was really hoping to see Dr Frame. I do appreciate everything that they did for me, but would've liked to know if my insurance was accepted there. Highly recommend Dr. Frame! From the start the young ladies at the front desk were very professional! Very welcoming and a lot of energy. After a very short wait time they brought me back to the room where I was going to be getting my teeth cleaned and after my initial inspection they informed me it would be a few minutes before I could get my Botox shots which I didn't have a problem with. Instead of me sitting there on my phone they handed me the remote to the tv and I was watching Netflix passing the time which was very cool. Lastly for my Botox shots, the previous dentist I went to decided to go deep sea fishing in my cheek with the large needle full of Botox causing me to pass out. Dr. Frame was very gentle and I barely even felt the needle. Quick, easy, and painless! Like I said before highly recommend this place for all ages! read more

I've had some challenging situations such as requiring fillings in out-of-the-way places, and dealing with crowns and a root canal, and Dr. Frame is always very thoughtful about solutions and expert at doing the dental work.. The team is great at mailing me reminders about when I need a cleaning, and when I show up, the hygienists always send me away with a brand new toothbrush and that ahh, clean feeling in my mouth. I've also benefitted from some of the cosmetic services such as Invisalign and Zoom teeth whitening, and I've been extremely happy with the results of these procedures. Over the years I have worked for several employers and had various dental insurance plans. It can be challenging to navigate through how the different plans work, knowing how many cleanings per year each will cover, what the percentage of coverage is, etc. Dr. Frame's staff has worked with me through each of these changes and at times has resubmitted claims on my behalf. Nobody loves paying bills but I always feel like I get the help I need. There have been times when I've requested a payment plan to help manage costs over time, and again the staff has been very accommodating. What more could a person want? I have been going to Dr. Frame for over ten plus years. My family and I absolutely love the staff and the new office. He has changed my smile and created the confidence that I have lacked for years. He has performed a gum surgery due to excessive amount of tissue. As well as the gum surgery, I have also had Invisalign done. It was a quick, easy, and affordable process. I am in love with smile thanks to Dr. Frame and his staff. I didn't have any issues concerning insurance, discomfort, or confusion. I've been a loyal patient of Dr. Frame since he has had the practice. (I go all the way back to Dr. Weiner) Unfortunately, my wife and I decided to stop going to Dr. Frame recently. Dr. Frame is a good, friendly dentist. I've had several fillings and my wife has had a couple crowns put in. Everything went smoothly and was painless. The dental hygenists are great. My experience with all of them has been excellent. I cannot say anything better about the service that was provided. However, the problem arose when my insurance wouldn't pay for the crowns put in by Dr. Frame. Dr. Frame had told my wife that they were necessary, while the insurance company maintained that they were not (and of course changed us for them) My wife and I spent over a year going back a forth between the insurance company and Dr. Frame's office. The office manager/receptionist was not cooperative when we requested xrays to be sent to the insurance company as proof. We had to ask several times before action occurred. Ultimately, after the insurance company turned us down and we lost our appeal to the state, we asked Dr. Frame to split the amount that was unpaid by the insurance. We felt that he made a bad recommendation and should recognize this by sharing the cost. The office manager/recpetionist would not even consider such a thing. Additionally, she didn't seem to care about our future patronage (or lack thereor) at the practice. I doubt if Dr. Frame even heard our request because the office manager/receptionist was so unaccommodating. So, we paid the outstanding $650 and are now searching for a new dentist. I think the front office and Dr. Frame's practice has lost sight of who the customer is. Additionally, in this day and age, how a doctor/dentist deals with insurance companies is very important. The office is very professional, helpful, calming if you are nervous, concerned about patient comfort, and thoughtful in the way that they provide services. I started with Dr. Frame recently when I needed to have a tooth extraction in an emergency situation. I have had a fear of dentist since the beginning of time and this was no different. I had not been to a dentist since the age of 18. Dr. Frame is the most down to earth, tell you like it is and caring dentist I have ever encountered.
