My husband and I came to this office for crowns and teeth fillings. My first crown/bridge fell off just after 6 weeks. I had to come back for Dr. Zadeh to fix it. My second crown (front teeth) fell off after less than 2.5 years; I had to pay out of my pocket for another crown because Delta Dental only pays this every five years. This dental office has their ridiculous practice: asking us customers to fill out the survey while we were on their treatment chairs- prior to the treatment! You could guess the results of these survey: 99% patients OUGHT TO say it nicely or else... The front desk staff were very nice but the woman who was in charge of billing is something else: she always tried to make us to pay more, despite of our excellent coverage which we never had to pay out of pocket anywhere else. read more

Few years ago, they billed to old insurance from my old previous employer and left me a big bill. I figured out for them of their wrong insurance billing. Now they billed me and my son for 6 month cleaning, claiming that our insurance did not pay in full, claiming my insurance is out of their network even i still find DR.Zadeh still 'find doctor in network' online. We had 6months cleaning, preventive dental service, should by covered, paid, and $0 to the patient regardless in network or out of networ. I had email copy of my insurance EOP showing details: amount bill, plan discounts/exclusion, amount allowed paid to dentist and zero amount to patient, and Dr. Zadeh bills to us without any details, very poorly done. I had a case# regarding to my matter with my dental insurance. I had related all informations to the dental office. The insurance is are to go over and explain to the situation. When I called the dentist office, billing person, said that the office is outsourcing their billing. So I have to work with their outsourcing billing person and my insurance regarding to my matter. I felt that Dr.Zadeh office is overcharging, cheating, unwilling to assist their patients. The Dr.Zadeh billing person, Pia, told me not to call their office, told me to call their outsourcing billing person, and my insurance to work out my problem. Sadly, I see them more more $ hunger rather to put their patient satisfaction first. I am so unhappy with their services overal. Most dentists out there will find any reason to dig a hole or scrape your tooth away just so that they can slap on a crown and make more money. How do I know this? Because my younger brother is a dentist and he shares all the dirty secrets that most dentists do on daily basis. So I always got my dental treatment from my brother.... until the pandemic prohibited us from traveling. Dr. Zadeh is not like that. He will actually try to preserve your teeth as much as he can. Dr. Zadeh is a good dentist. But his billing person is absolutely horrible. I found several times, she billed me without billing insurance first, or billing me and insurance at the same time for the same charges. I had to carefully check each billing each time, and was able to spot issues almost everytime. Calling to have a normal conversation with the billing lady was impossible. She wouldn't listen to you, and argued without logic e.g. somebody needs to help Dr. Zadeh to make a buck, or why would we argue for $40 bucks, things like this. She would interrupt you all the time. I had big issues with my previous dentist, who always told me I needed deep cleaning, and even for a regular cleaning, found a way to charge me for something, usually at least flouride. I got my wisdom teeth from that dentist and the experience was horrible because he sucked at it and couldn't get deep enough so he messed up my jaw by pushing down to hard. Hence, I was looking for a new dentist and my mom introduced me to Dr. Zadeh, who came by recommendation. Dr. Zadeh immediately told me my gums were normal and the previous dentist who recommended deep cleaning was lying. While I had mostly 3's, the previous guy said 4,4,4,5,5,4,3,... you need deep cleaning. I've had 3 chipped teeth done all at once by Dr. Zadeh super quickly, and it came out to what they said it would. I've never paid a dime for my regular cleanings, never been forced to pay $15 for rescheduling, and never had a bad experience. Every assistant that has helped me has provided insight, is kind, and very good at what they do. Dr. Zadeh also uses the new dental technology so you can click on xrays right there, see history, etc. I always feel great when leaving there, and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an honest, hard working and extremely capable group. read more

I have always had cavities since I was young and have been getting fillings every few years since I can remember. These fillings used to be silver/gray and very noticeable if people somehow saw the tops of my molars. Our whole family switched over to Dr. Zadeh some...6 years ago, and I was amazed after he finished filling my cavities. They were like brand new! It was as if he restructured my teeth because whatever he used was white and unnoticeable. I come in for dental cleaning every 6 months as well and I also got a night guard since I grind my teeth at night and it really helps to protect my teeth from further damage. I have been going to Dr. Zadeh for 20 years and have always been happy with the professional, friendly service and quality results. Metal fillings only last a few decades, so this year I had all my metal fillings replaced with white bond fillings and my smile looks whiter and brighter. My teeth are less temperature-sensitive. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the procedures were covered by insurance, so my out of pocket for all was only 10% of the total. Glad to nearly max out my dental benefit payout for the year. Once on a Monday, a day the office is closed, next on a Tuesday, where they were forced to leave a message, again. Best dentist I've ever had - all about technology & people. From regular cleanings to major surgery (e.g., perfectly matching front tooth implants when I knocked out my front teeth!), Dr. Zadeh has the latest technology and is up on the most modern approaches (e.g. this morning I had a "foaming fluoride treatment" - which in 1 minute delivers fluoride to the teeth more effectively & faster than older methods. He also has a "milling machine" (not sure of the real name) that uses interactive measurement/design tools to make a perfect crowns/caps -- he did this for one of my molars -- while I waited (very cool to watch BTW)! No need to come back for another visit. They also accommodate last minute requests, like this AM, Dr. Zadeh added bonding filler to a chipped tooth and replaced my overnight toothguard (prevents tooth erosion from grinding) -- even though it was "new news" when I turned up for a routine cleaning! Dr. Zadeh's team is super friendly and really like the email reminders where I can confirm my appointment online... helps me not miss cleaning sessions that I scheduled 6 months ago! read more

I liked my old dentist, in the way that you like your dentists anyway. He was a nice guy who could do dentist things and he made my mouth pretty. Sorry, old dentist. Zadeh is on a different level. The place is nice and quiet, and the assistants are always really nice. They'll talk school with you, too. Had a cavity discovered about a year ago and was dreading the idea of getting it filled. I remembered the process from the past and it was awful: the giant needle tearing into the tendon at the back corner of your mouth as your tongue goes numb and they drill your tooth apart... I wasn't looking forward to it. Zadeh and co. made it so quick and painless I wanted to laugh afterwards, because I felt stupid for being the slightest bit anxious about it. I've been going to Dr Zadeh for some years now and I've been very happy with him as my dentist. The office itself is pretty plain but practical, and it's very close to where I live so that's a plus. When I first met Mr Zadeh, I was a little nervous because I did not have a good experience with dentists before. From when I first met him I found him to be very friendly and extremely thorough in his approach. He is also practical in that he doesn't try to sell you something you don't really need. His hygienist is also very experienced and really listens to your concerns. I for one hate that electronic plaque removing device and she goes out of her way to clean my teeth by hand, and she doesn't rush like at other places I've been to. All the people at the front desk are also friendly and they have been very helpful in arranging payments and insurance matters. They also take most insurance policies which is a real benefit considering they also have some of the best equipment out there like the cerec robot etc. Definitely recommend. read more

I have always been extremely nervous about the dentist because it has mostly been a negative experience.. last one I had a root canal and crown which took 3 visits and over 10 worth of time.. it was horrible.. and the crown isn't right. I also was told my gums were bad and got a print out of all the work that was going to need to be done.. I was referred to Dr Zadeh and soooooo happy I went...he also let me know that my gums were fine.. what a relief !! His recommendation of what needed to be done was nothing compared to the other dentist ... The hygienists are sooooo nice and made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Zadeh is very gentle and listens to you.. he made me feel so comfortable !!! The best thing is you can have a crown made in the office that same day !!! No going back ... he makes them right there in his office. I have had the work done that I needed and then replaced my silver fillings... he brought my smile back which I am very thankful for... I love going to his office.. it is very comfortable.... everyone in the office is extremely nice and makes you feel at home... Thank you !!!!! My kids are also going there now and love him too..
