We told them no AND WENDY EVICTED US, NO NOTICE, STILL NO RECEIPTS OR LEASE, AND 4 MONTHS LATER THEY STILL REFUSE TO GIVE BACK OUR SECURITY DEPOSIT WITH NO REASON WHY. SHADY SHADY. We have now witnessed online that they have rented it out to at least one other person since we left but strangely the house is now up for lease again. .uh.. can you say. .RACKET?? we have hired an attorney, notified the Texas Attorney Generals office, and will not stop until they stop ripping people off.

I tried to rent through this company but they took ~a week on average to respond to any type of email or phone call. I was desperate to find a place to live, I emailed and called multiple times over about 2 months and every communication event took about a week to get any kind of response (or no response at all) which is insane. They also said the property I was approved for was available for move in on 12-1. Yet when I visited the property they changed their mind and said it was still under renovation and it would be an "unknown amount of time" before I could move in. They said they'd follow up on a timeline but, again, took 1-2 weeks to get back to me even after I called and emailed trying to figure out when I could move. After emailing with more questions and getting no response for two weeks I decided it wasn't worth my time. very unprofessional for a business with multiple employees- there's no excuse
