We took direct hits of 20 Ft waves slamming the house for hours during the extra high tide. Not a single drop of water entered our house. Seriously, not a drop. We saw our immediate neighbors' homes brutalized by Long Island Sound. The shutters 100% did a superior job. We decided to complete the protection of the house by installing shutters on the remaining windows and doors. Mark came out to measure promptly and within a short time, he installed them. In our extensive years as multiple home owners, we have seen our share of inferior craftsmen. Mark gives homeowners hope. Yes, that perfect installer does ,indeed, exist. He is meticulous, immaculate and hard working. Best of all, he is a problem solver. He thinks. He creates perfect solutions to those annoying problems that always seem to present themselves on the job. All that and he comes with an engaging personality and style. The shutters are fantastic and you will not find a more honest and skilled person than Mark Legenos to measure and install them.

He easily could have up-sold me for more than I needed, but instead, made suggestions on what would best suit my needs and budget.. I made my selections, and he took laser measurements for the two windows I was having new shades made for. He told me there would be a 3-4 week lead time from the manufacturer, since they are custom made to fit each application. About three weeks after he first came to measure, he returned and installed the new shades. He worked very cleanly, putting down a small quilt on my floor to prevent damage and dirt. I absolutely could not be happier with the shades or his workmanship. These folks are friendly, very professional and a pleasure to do business with. And as always, you get what you pay for. It wasn't inexpensive, but by my standards was a great value. Thank you Angelo and Mary!

I received quotes from several of the companies that were on the list however I knew shortly after talking to Jeremy that I would be contracting with Sensible Home Products on my job. I felt that I could trust Jeremy with my home immediately and throughout the months of working with him he has maintained that position. Jeremy is very responsive, communicative, and leads a phenomenal team. At every step, Sensible Home Products impressed me with the care, precision, and result of their work. This job, which is a once in a lifetime investment in my home, included the removal of aluminum siding, installation of new vinyl siding, replacement of windows throughout my home, installation of new gutters, beautification of existing steps and installation of a new walkway with bluestone and pavers. While every single employee that I interacted with from Sensible Home Products was professional and did their job well, I must make a special call out to Victor and Alec who single handedly stripped my house of its old siding, wrapped my house in insulation, and installed the new siding. In addition to my surprise, Victor custom made all the trim around my windows and doors. That level of precision and care is highly unusual in the home improvement space considering that I see other companies install siding on neighbors' homes in just a few days. After going through this process, I now spot poorly installed siding everywhere. Victor and Alec took their time, did not cut any corners, and treated my home as their own. I could not be any more impressed with this company or the renovation of my home. I highly recommend giving them a call if you have a home improvement project. You will not be disappointed.
