I came in after I was released with Aladdin and it was a good experience. Brenna was welcoming, professional, and easy to talk to

While yes they bailed me out of a jam but when it came to going in and doing the paperwork I didn't appreciate them calling me a criminal when I didn't do anything wrong and proved innocent. So when I met them at the office with my sister after I got out, I met with a lady who was, ok? Then some guy came in after looked at both me and my sister and said "ok, so you're the criminal?" What? Fck you dude. read more

Had an occasion to bail out a family member and delt with bail agent Makeasa Keeton. I am a rather elderly person and Ms Keeton walked me through the whole bail process electronically, she was VERY VERY patient , explained everything in detail. She handled it with patience, knowledge and good humor at a stressful time. Great employee. read more

No matter who is there do not go with eddy or martiesha. Eddy is unprofessional purposely gave us the run around left out instructions and messed up the amount on our paperwork. Martiesha got a horrible attitude read more

Very helpful and educational. Eddie assisted me with the process. Explained everything!

Unfortunately I had to bail my boyfriend out of jail last night, from the first moment I called initially around 4:30pm. Aladin took control and was ontop of it. My bf file had not been updated from court yet frome earlier that day showing he could in fact be bonded out. So without asking them to, Aladin called the jail and followed up multiple times until it was infact updated about 7:30pm. Thats when Amanda from Aladdin had reached out to let me know we can begin the process. She then did the apllication by phone which took all but 10min, collected the payment which was definitly a very fair and reasonable price. I live over an hour and a half away from Martinez. Once we arrived shortly before 11pm.I walked into let the clerk know we where there to pick him up and within 10minuites (not exagerating) he walked out of jail! This has by far been the quickest and easiest experience that I have been apart of in dealing with a bail bondsman company. I highly reccomend Aladdin and appreciate all there help last night. read more

Addison helped me with really going to bat for me to get the release. I feel that he was the most helpful with following up and his communication was good. I would recommend asking for him directly. He put the time and effort in to get things moving. His communication was direct and to the point as well as professional. I had brief interactions with other employees, but didn't feel as they cared as much. I know the job is probably busy, but it's important that customers feel valued and heard. Thank you Addison again for your help read more

Addison is fast and efficient helping us when we need it most. Everyone in this office has been kind and had our back. Even when the court paid off the bail, then filing charges we were able to pay a small fee to reinstate it to make sure my loved one is covered. Addison always answers all our questions and truly has our best interest in mind. Thank you Addison and team. read more

Walked in to Aladdin in Martinez to get some information or advice. . I was greeted by Renee and I told her my situation and she called her manager Eduardo out and between the two of them they were able to give me the information i needed and were able to direct me to the correct county court office and the person i needed to contact to get my problem solved. I have been dealing with this issue for one year. Aladdin was not obligated to help me as I had not used them but the two of them were more than willing to assist me as I'm sure they felt my frustration. I Highly recommend them. I Would not hesitate to use them if the need ever arrived. Thank you again for your help. I am so relieved! read more

Have escalated this to the attorney general, department of insurance, bbb and obtained a lawyer. Since Aladdin is not taking accountability or wanting to resolve with me I hired an attorney to take action. The phone conversations with Aladdin bail bonds that I had on 3 ways calls during my arrest with my friend for 8 separate conversations and also 5 calls the bail bonds agent had with my friend without me on the call were all recorded on my friends iPhone and everything is very very clear and I'm very thankful for this to prove it was nothing I misheard at all like the manager at Aladdin told me he was sure was the case. Always have to protect yourself because companies are not honest now a days. To be continued. read more

Terrific service by Amanda at Aladdin Bail Bonds Martinez! Amanda made a very stressful situation at 1:30am a lot more tolerable. Okay, it's an unfortunate situation, but I cannot even begin to express my gratitude towards each and every staff member at Aladdin Martinez. Thinking back to the treatment I received at Aladdin Fairfield it's incomparable. Customer service here is even better at most public establishments. Every person I've spoken to have gone above and beyond the call of duty. I have had to cosign a few times for someone elses bond, but I'm still no expert and I don't intend to be. I still have lots of questions and to be honest I have no idea what all this means. I got nothing but patience and kindness from the staff and it is greatly appreciated. I wish I remember the names of the people that helped me. I think two of them were Travis and Ashley if I'm not mistaken. read more

I had to post bail in Contra Costa County for a relative. My relative's attorney recommended Aladdin Bail Bonds. I arranged bail with a representative of Aladdin named Eridberto Garcia. The transaction was done over the telephone, with a follow up document sent electronically. Mr. Garcia was very easy to work with, and very professional. If you need a bail bondsman in Contra Costa County, I would recommend contacting Aladdin by telephone and dealing with Mr. Garcia. read more

Stay far away from these ppl. I called them for help, instead they picked up my belongings, made international phone ne calls from my cell that end up costing me a fortune. They called ppl on my contact list without my approval and told ppl my personnel stuff and if that not enough, they stole my TAG HEUER watch and définies ever receiving it in the sealed bag. There rate are not the best and they have no work ethics or regard for privacy. My lawyer will be handling it from now on, since I am not getting any answers from Anthony or his manager or Amanda. Will update soon. read more

So I found myself in a terrible predicament and not one person wanted to give me any kind of help let alone even hear my story. Heard bail number and hung up. JT legit deserves a cape because with no guarantee as to what kind of person I was having never met me, he was sympathetic and completely stuck his neck out for me. He picked the right person cause nobody has ever helped me. He saved my life he should be given a bonus and and vacation and raise and all that. 3 am he's walking back and forth from his office through downtown martinez to the station every 30 minutes hassling them to get my paperwork processed, blowing up their phones, cause even with my bail now posted they still did not want to let me go at all. Fought for a stranger and went to bat for me and I will be eternally grateful. JT for president read more

I do not have the words to describe how grateful we are for the team at Aladdin Bail Bonds. My family was in trouble, we had a team of lawyers that could not get our family member out on bail. We thought it was hopeless, and had given up getting him out, when our ANGEL Amanda made it happen. She went above and beyond, making calls and doing everything she could to help our family. She was able to do what our lawyer could not, and was so kind and understanding every step of the way. She explained things very well, and made sure we understood every step of the process. We literally owe her everything, she saved the day. If you are in trouble-- GO HERE!! They will help you. It is so amazing to know there are still people you can trust in a horrible situation. This is the last place where I thought I would writing a review! First came here on March 1st as one of my family members were in jail and me and my sister had to bail them out. Although this was a stressful situation and process Hugo and Renee was able to help us through it. Hugo helped us through the paperwork and completed through the phone so when we came to the actual location we just read over everything and made sure it was correct and signed! How easy is that right? Perfect location, if you don't have money when you get here no worries because there are tons of banks around the area: Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citibank. Parking is very convenient especially on the weekends the wait wasn't as long as well because of the weekend. During the week days expect to wait 4-5 hours. Overall, I'm very pleased about the customer service from Hugo and Renee! ! Thank you guys for taking the time to explain everything to my sister and I! I don't expect to be in a situation like this again but if I do I know I have great people like you that can help me get through it! read more
