He's ready to go and be processed for release as soon as they show up. We were lied to they said they had "Steven" at the jail filing paperwork but the front desk said it's a lie and no one is here filing anything. Scam. We contacted this company during an extremely stressful family emergency after our father was…read morearrested on a warrant. Around 6 PM, we were transferred to an agent who spent nearly 30 minutes collecting detailed personal and financial information from us. We were specifically told they would monitor the booking process and contact us as soon as bail could be posted. Because of those assurances, we relied on them and waited for communication that never came. The next morning, when we called to follow up, we were told there was 'no record' of our information or prior interaction. After understandably expressing frustration, the employee became dismissive and used profanity toward us during the conversation. This was one of the most stressful nights our family has experienced, and instead of professionalism, communication, or accountability, we were met with confusion, disorganization, and extremely inappropriate conduct. If your business handles families in crisis, professionalism and reliability matter. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.
