This has been the most supportive, calming experience ever! Legal trouble is not our lifestyle, and Mr. Dre ensured that he treated as such! He is very polite, helpful, and proactive. The quality of service is top tier. I am not exaggerating, I am trying to harness my tears typing this review. With our limited finances, Mr. Dre and the Bail Hotline team made it a priority to have our loved one released without the worry of a heavy financial burden. Thank you! read more

Karla in the Martinez office is the best. She was very communicative, intelligent and knowledgeable and most importantly was able to get my cousin out fast. Thank you Karla I'll call you everytime our family is in need. read more

They got me out when I was locked up back in the days. Bailed me out and they hooked it 10% down payment. Definitely a cool bailbonds spot.

So these guys were great when writing up a $300,000 bond , were great while I was paying the bond for four years but when times got tough after not missing a single payment in all that time...did they even attempt to work with us ..mind you we were only LATE ..on one payment ..NO...they are garbage alls they had to offer was threats..NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE DONT USE THEM...THEY ARENT THERE TO HELP..ONLY TO EXPLOIT read more

I've been calling this company to get my deposit back since they never showed up and I had to use a different company. They keep transferring me and telling me to call back for two days now. They stole my money. I will be reporting them to BBB for theft. read more

Had the most pleasant experience dealing w Mrs.Dakota I believe her name was then was very disappointed w the financial dpt who called to give me a courtesy reminder for a payment they were rude disrespectful when asked there name and to speak to a manager kept getting hung up on ...not to mention them arguing w me about my priorities I was given a first name when I called for soMeone I spoke w then when I called back after Being hung up on again I was told no one w the name they gave me even is working ...unbelievable who do I contact to actually talk to a manager because clearly they won't n will not give me that information read more

Long story short so you know before you go here! This has been the second time dealing with these guys. First time around they were so difficult and all about the money not even worried about helping you in the situation you are in. Tristen was very rude even had the nerve to ask me "do you have the entire bail amount? If so you wouldn't need us" very rude! Normally I handle situations a certain way but I had to keep cool. Just figured I'd share with you guys. I had a much better experience at Alladin Bailbonds. They actually worked with me and showed they cared and took what they did serious. Bail Hotline was offering discounts to me and calling back to offer this and that just to win my business but then when I was signing documents they took all that away and was trying to scam me. It's like once you agree to do something they try and be a shark and slip something bu you or act like they didn't say they would do something special like offer ring 30% off. The guy Tristen in Martinez said "we don't offer anything off more than 10%" but then in efforts to win my business called back and said his manager said they can do 20%. Yea well I already was offered 30% off a few hours earlier dealing with another lady! If people switch shifts and you havnt been taken care of expect to basically start all over again. So unprofessional of a company. Especially the guy Tristen. He spent his entire time trying to talk and not listen to me the customer who just wanted to tell him what happened. What I was told, and what I was working on. He didn't care just wanted to say what he had to say. His favorite thing to say when I asked him questions was "I mean..." he said that frase 30 times at least before I completely said forget this guys and go somewhere else. It for so bad I mentioned I was going to complain and he rudely said "go ahead do It then my name is Tristen" very aggressive guy that does not know anything about customer service. read more

I have a sad review regarding the customer service and compassion of this team. On 4/3/15,' I posted bail for a friend at 10am. I called several times that day and asked for status reports, I was told they were gathering paperwork for several clients who needed the same service, so not to worry they would be on their way any minute. They never went to post bail, in fact by 11pm, (13hours later) they had not gone to post his $5k bond so he could be released. Thankfully my friend had the insight to call Aladdin bail bonds, (just two blocks away on Main Street. The entire process from start to finish was less than 2 hours.) When I called bail hotline the next day Anthony informed me they had been "really busy" the day before and couldn't get to his paperwork. read more

It never ends with this place. Used them previously with nothing but problems now i find out one of their agents down south stole my credit card information and made a bunch of unauthorized purchases. The piece of shit in my case is someone named Ronnie Roman. The only connection i have to this person is he works for a company that took and kept a photocopy of my CDL and credit card. If you have ever used these clowns make sure you keep checking your statements as i guarantee i am not the only person they have done this to. Go anywhere but here. They do not protect your information and there is no corporate office to call when one of their employees steals from their clients read more

I am dealing with these guys as we speak and it has been 7 hours since I paid them and completed all paperwork. These guys will take their sweet time once they collect your money and will hang up in your face and act as if your being annoying while your loved one is in jail suffering. read more

Best place ever helped me get my loved one in no time ! Love these guys , call Chris and Carlos they'll hook you up don't waste your time going anywhere else ! read more

Do NOT use them. Biggest scammers. I had to bail someone out. They did NOT tell me I needed an attorney RIGHT WAY to get the 8% premium - meaning I would have saved $700.00. I hired an attorney right after I posted and they would not honor. All the other "reputable" bond companies honor up to 30 days. This company is a bunch of sharks. Please go somewhere else and not have to deal with the numerous calls I made - they made not return calls to me - and trips to their office in Martinez. read more

Luvvvvv Chris, I have never written a yelp review but I must in this situation. He was fast at getting my loved one out and a plus for setting up a reasonable payment plan. Thanks Chris read more
