READ BELOW THE CURRENT ONGOING ORDEAL IM GOING THROUGH WITH THEM!…read more They are making me go in circles for a refund from March 26th, 2024, to April 12th, 2024, and I have yet to get my money back. This bailsbond agency took money on the 26th of March when I was unaware that someone else bailed out the individual I was trying to bail out as well. Come 27th of March, I called them to ask for a refund as a different bailsbond agency bailed out my friend. They agreed and asked me to go in person to pick up the cash I paid ($1,000) in person at the office I dropped it off at. On March 28th I went into the office at 1:30pm and was sadly turned down saying the individual that has access to the safe is out to get someone out of jail, and I should try to come the next day as to catch the individual that had access to the safe. On March 29th, I called in to check that the person I was supposed to meet to pick up my money was there. They said he was not there and that they knew who I was and to come in on Monday anytime from 6am-2pm. It was a busy day for me on the 29th so I didn't mind and planned to go pick it up on Monday-- April 1st 2024-- even called off from work as the suggested time frame on Monday was whilst I had work scheduled. On April 1st I went to the office at 10:30 am. I was quickly turned away saying now that they never give back cash or check in person and apologized about the confusion and promised a check will be mailed out or may have already been mailed out by the department that deals with that already. So now I waited thinking that a check would arrive to me any day that week... Friday comes, and my mail arrived, noticing that the check hasn't come in yet. I called the office. On that call, the first person got frustrated at me saying I want to know when the checked was mailed out to assure its actually on the way and hung up on me acting in the end that they didn't hear me. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I called again. This same day, which is April 5th, 2024 ,and this time, an individual named Jesse answered. I remembered his name from my prior call saying on the 29th to come from 6am-2pm to pick up cash. I had told him the whole situation and about being turned down to pick up my money, saying a check would come and asked him what day this check was mailed if it was ever even mailed! He told me he would call me back with an answer. 45 mins goes by, and he doesn't call back when he said he will in a few moments. I call back now, and all he tells me is yes, someone will call you with an answer. I never get a call back that day from any manager. On April 9th at 2:48 p.m., a manager of some sort calls me and apologizes refusly saying that she wants to tell me the check was officially and finally mailed out the day before (April 8th) and that I should have it by no later than April 12th (which is today). Today is April 12th, and no check has come in the mail yet! I called the same number the manager called me from, and they told me that I should have been able to pick up my money from the office long ago? I tried to explain the situation, and they said they don't understand why I wasn't allowed to pick up cash and to call another number they provided me with. Called that number, and they are currently closed. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and any other agency (maybe a state one since they are dealing with bail money) to try to get my money back! It's literally like theft! They are not denying they owe me, but they are not giving me my money back! Shame on you guys. Please don't use these people. I recommend Aladin Bails Bond - once I had to get a refund back from them, it took only 1 day.
