When I finally was called, they refused to draw my blood without a printed copy of the orders from my doctor. My doctor's office had submitted the test they wanted me to have into their system, but the woman at the desk refused to help. The employees here are rude incompetent and very uncaring. I will never return or suggest this location to anyone. I won star writing as far more than this incompetent and horrible business deserves!

The physician was very gruff throughout my visit and said he was overworked and that I better not be late to my follow up appointment because he doesn't have time for late arrivals or no-shows. There is more to add, as I was treated poorly throughout my visit but I don't have time to write the whole story, just suffice it to say that if you have any choice in the matter, find another place to see a doctor.

I heard the women tech across from room 3 tell her elderly patient as well about NOT using a butterfly. Screw you Health first Gregory lab tech and everyone in the lab who can't be compassionate anymore especially to your patients who have a prob with needles! Next time I will walk out and report The tech in the spot for his rudeness and not being compassionate with a patient.
