The phlebotomist always seem to find my vein which I'm happy about when I have to go get blood work done. I will continue to use them at this location.

I have never been treated so rudely at a doctor's office in my life. The physician was very gruff throughout my visit and said he was overworked and that I better not be late to my follow up appointment because he doesn't have time for late arrivals or no-shows. There is more to add, as I was treated poorly throughout my visit but I don't have time to write the whole story, just suffice it to say that if you have any choice in the matter, find another place to see a doctor.

Next time I will walk out and report The tech in the spot for his rudeness and not being compassionate with a patient.

The nurses, CNAs/techs, mid level providers and physician were all excellent, caring, attentive & compassionate. Everyone was extremely patient despite my numerous questions & concerns. My doctor ordered a diagnostic mammogram and I was told UCI would call me to schedule, and they…read morenever did. That's fine. I eventually called to schedule, was on hold for 1 hour and 35 minutes, moved from spot 39 to spot 4, then the system told me it couldn't take my call and hung up on me. I went in person shortly after to schedule an appointment and waited 45 minutes in their office. When I finally got to the front, their receptionist was extremely rude and told me they would not schedule me today at the front. Luckily her colleague intervened, looked me up in the system, and discovered that "the order was in but they had not built it yet." She said someone would call me at the end of the day. Astonishing you can't book an appointment (read: critically important health screening for breast cancer) online, in person, or over the phone in the year 2026. There were several other people around me in the lobby sharing the problems they've experienced with scheduling, receiving diagnoses and information, and rude customer service. Steer clear of this place if you can.
