My son was sick so we made an appointment online. The staff is friendly and easy to check in with. My only issue is that there were 4 people at the desk and only one person handling checkins or customers. The checkin process tends to be the longest part of appointments here even after I did all the paperwork online ahead of time. In their defense I did ask for an appointment after arriving but hey seem to have quite a few staff in the back and yet move very slow. The medical providers are usually a physician assistant or nurse practitioner. If you need to see an MD you may be out of luck. These providers have been able to handle every medical issue we have brought them to date but I am concerned they are not as thorough as they could be especially when as a medical mom of complex medical sons I make suggestions and they blow me off. Obviously they are not equipped to handle emergencies. Plenty of seating in waiting area and the entire facility is handicapped accessible. They do offer X-rays onsite but I am unsure of if they offer any other imaging. Their website has a list of services. Very disappointed that there were so many sick people coming into this facility with FLU/COVID symptoms and NO ONE is wearing masks except my son and I. Not even the staff! Considering it is cold and flu season the staff and any patient coming in with fever and symptoms should HAVE to mask! Fever = Contagious! The providers are very kind and compassionate but we waited 30 minutes past my sons appt time just to get into a room and then had to complete all the screening before we could even see a provider. Frustrated because my son left with a prescription but no strep test or PCR. I was hoping to know what we were dealing with. I left with a culture that is being sent off but no exam, nothing. Sometimes symptoms can actually mean something. I may find another urgent care for comparison. I would like to find someplace where you feel like you are not only be heard but that for the money they are charging you actually get examined and a treatment plan. I am being gracious with 3 stars only because their staff is pleasant to deal with but left me feeling like I wasted my time and my sons time and will end up having to go to our primary physicians office anyhow which defeats the purpose of going to an urgent care with the exception of a same day or next day appointment.

I am self pay…read moreso I paid the 140 dollars to be seen the assistant did my vitals then the doctor came in and told me she wasn't comfortable treating me and I needed to go to the hospital I asked for a refund since I am not being seen there and they denied refunding me. Doctor acted like she had no idea what's going on. She asked me what I wanted from her!! I said I believe I need antibiotics for this common infection and she replied she wasn't sure what infection it was. (I'm having common symptoms for this common infection)

I did not expect this at all, because in the past, the clinic did not even have basic technical support such as automated appointment reminder messages. This small detail may seem minor, but to me it clearly reflects progress. It shows that the clinic is continuously improving its technical infrastructure and patient management system, rather than remaining stagnant. These kinds of behind-the-scenes improvements are not immediately visible, but they make a real difference in long-term patient experience. This is exactly the kind of progress I appreciate and hope to see in a medical clinic--steady improvements in systems, communication, and overall support, not just one-time good service.

    As a holder of a CDL-A license, I'm required to get a D.O.T. physical every other year in order to…read moremaintain my over the road, interstate license. This was coming due by August 1st so I called about a week prior to schedule my physical. I arrived for my appointment on July 31st - arriving about 10 minutes early knowing that I would need to fill out paperwork regarding my medical history. I was greeted by the professional office employee and she gave me the appropriate paperwork. I had barely gotten halfway through with my paperwork when I was called in to the back. I was weighed, blood pressure taken, vision tested (chart), and had to give a urine sample. I then returned to the examination room where I had time to finish my medical background paperwork. Patricia Philbrick, APRN, came in with her stethoscope and checked my lungs (deep breaths), peripheral vision, color test, reflexes, and hearing. She was very professional and thorough. She signed off on my Medical Examiner's Certificate Card including her State License number and National Registry number. I have to carry this card with me whenever I operate a Semi Truck. Once home I uploaded a photo copy of my new card and updated my status online with the Florida Division of Motor Vehicles (easy peasy). I found everyone here friendly, professional, and efficient. I had a very good experience and so I'm going with 5 stars.
