And we are very grateful for them! We found a marsupial (possum) in a field near trees being attacked and watched over by several vultures in the late morning over Labor Day weekend (2019) in Lake County south of Leesburg. The marsupial was valiantly warding off the vultures but was clearly worn from the experience and was unable to scurry away from the attackers. She was completely exhausted. We rescued the marsupial by chasing the vultures away and lifting her with a sheet and placing her in a soft linen and towel lined box. We then brought her home to our master bathroom which is warm, dark, and quiet. She had no open wounds but was clearly traumatized. I promised her that the vultures would not eat her alive. Florida Wildlife Care Center Gainesville helped keep that promise. The next morning she was improving and safely in the care of a licensed wildlife rehab professional. I can't express enough gratitude for Florida Wildlife Care Center Gainesville's 24-hour Emergency service and the outcome. Ideally someone could have come to our home to pick up the marsupial the same day, but with the holiday weekend and a major hurricane (Dorian) pending everyone was already overwhelmed with responsibilities. Florida Wildlife Care Center Gainesville is the only group who came through for us. And they did so thoroughly, compassionately, and promptly. Thank you Florida Wildlife Care Center Gainesville and a GREAT BIG THANK YOU to Jean in Clermont!!!

I wanted to be sure I got the best trainer possible for him/our family because although my dog is wonderful with US, I was fully aware of the harm he was capable of inflicting on other dogs/people if he wasn't trained well. I saw that Cesar Milan's friend, Martin Deeley, was located in Orlando. Martin highly recommended Robin, so I gave her a call. BOY AM I GLAD I DID! This chick is the real deal. Robin helped us to understand him and feel confident and in charge from the moment she stepped foot into our home. Had our big boy behaving like a pro. I'm so glad we called Robin. I am unable to come up with enough adjectives to describe how wonderful she is! My seven year old, who is a Cesar Milan watching junkie said it best once Robin walked out of our door. She said, "Momma, I like Ms. Robin even better than I like Cesar Milan!"

Within a short 10 day board and train she has somehow managed to wrangle my crazy energetic puppy into a puppy with manners and a thorough understanding of verbal and physical cues to maintain good behavior. Even better, she has provided a significant amount of training videos for myself and my roommates to study, as truly the humans need more training than the dogs!! She's very responsive to any questions I have and explains things very well, in ways a relatively new puppy owner can understand and replicate. I am so pleased with my puppy's progress in walking without pulling on the leash, listening to commands, not jumping up on me or my roommates (which was our biggest issue prior to training) and just overall how much more settled and confident he has become. Robin has been a delight to work with and I highly, highly recommend her training. I look forward to sending my puppy back to her in the future for more specific training, or even just utilizing her boarding services, because my puppy absolutely adores her and he had a great time with her. 10/10 I highly recommend Robin, 5 Stars, 100%, she has worked a miracle on my baby boy.
