I did not feel at all like she wanted to welcome us. She did not enjoy anything about her job. I ordered two chocolate shakes and an orange aid. The lady asked me if I wanted pineapple or cherries or anything and when I looked at her and said no, I'd like the shakes plain please she snapped at me. I'm talking about the orange aid. I told her I'm not from here. I did not know that you guys added anything to it and I'm sorry. I just want a plain one. We went outside to the patio when our order was done, and I realized I did not have a straw for my orange aid. So my daughter went in to grab another straw and again the young redheaded lady told her I already gave you straws. My daughter said you gave us straws for the shake, but not for the orange drink. The redheaded lady orange told my daughter, You mean, orange aid. No, I wasn't born yesterday and I come here twice a year and I drop a lot of money at your store. I know that it seems like it'd be a desirable place for young people to work because you get a discount and it's a pretty cool place to work at I think that this girl might need some more training or maybe another girl who really wants to work at that store should take her place.

Some products was discounted more than others so make sure to check your receipt that those items are charged correctly. I was overcharged for a few items. I should have checked my receipt.It is possible they were put in the wrong place but the store needs to honor the price where these items are at. Besides the greeting when I entered the rest of the associates were not friendly.

I was approached by a sweet young man who handed me a bag and I said, No thanks won't need it. He asked what I was looking for and walked me over to the stand. I saw $2 a bottle... He smiled and handed me the bag. Smart kid. Now, the soaps on sale are Christmas fragrances and I loaded up with several bottle of three different fragrances. The cashier was very nice and got me back on their reward program. Guess I will have to start shopping again. The store was busy and it was clean. Staff was very helpful.

I was then pressured to pay $200 for a "curse removal." As a single mom barely making it, this felt insensitive and exploitative. Instead of feeling supported or spiritually guided, I felt targeted and pressured to spend money out of fear. I believe spiritual services should empower people, not scare them into paying for expensive add-ons. This experience did not feel ethical or supportive, and I would not recommend to anyone. On a side note I had to go else where to be cleansed because ever since I was in contact with her my life has been in shambles.

I overheard them telling another customer that they can do energy readings which seems like it would be a cool and insightful experience.
