I was really excited to try out my fragrances but then I think the package was stolen! I let The Fragrance Shop know and they sent out another package so FIVE STARS for customer service! I decided to have the package shipped to my office instead and these perfumes smell AMAZING! Santal 33 was great. I am IN LOOOOOOVE with White Tea, which smells just like Bulgari/Bvlgari "au the blanc" which is a very expensive and hard to find unisex perfume. I have yet to try the other two samples I got in the mail, but I will be ordering more samples and ordering a larger bottle or spritzer of White Tea. Also, I highly recommend trying perfume oils. Although I didn't take that step, I spent a few moments speaking with Carolyn as she gave me an overview of the process, how she started in this uncommon business and the types of base fragrances that start things off. Some are essential oils, others are not, but for all, the fragrance notes once isolated, give a new perspective on the previously-thought ordinary. Because she had an upcoming booking, and her studio was set up for that, I had a preview and brief summary of what was in store for her group. It's part chemistry and part aromatherapy. Once the scent is created, a process that begins by picking a core scent and then gradually layering through to the top note, you can reorder it. There are some ready-made custom scents available if you don't have the time. Nevertheless, ninety minutes of time to get a unique fragrance seems like a reasonable trade off.

I asked would I be able to bring the scent back if I didn't like it and the blonde woman said yes, as long as the package wasn't opened and I had my receipt. (THESE WERE THE ONLY SPECIFICATIONS I WAS TOLD) When I came back to make my exchange I heard, "I told y'all, didn't I tell y'all it was going to happen?" It came from the direction of the blonde haired woman. I looked right at her and said hello and she gave me a fake smile and said hello. She then told me that she couldn't do the exchange because I didn't bring both scents back. And that she would get it trouble if she did an exchange for one scent. I was never told that. That is misleading, sneaky, and seemed calculated. We were planning to come there for all of our future perfume needs, but that type of stuff is not cool. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE, ITS NOT GENUINE.
